I have been a customer of All Florida Pools since 1999. Ricardo has been doing my weekly pool cleaning/servicing from day one, and I am very fortunate to have him taking care of my pool needs for all these years. He not only makes sure my pool stays clean and that the chemicals are at their proper levels, but if the pool is ever in need of maintenance, of any sort, he informs me before bigger problems arise. I recently contracted with All Florida Pool to perform a remodel of my pool in Weston, FL and also utilized them for monthly pool service. The $6200 remodel job (diamond brite materials and installation and water line tile labor only; old tile demo was done by me) was not done up to standard; the diamond brite looks like a thin coat that will not last the warranty period. The service team also let me down as my automatic cleaner had to pick up remodel debris; and there is still debris in my Jacuzzi (my automatic cleaner doesn't get in there) two and a half months later. I was told it would be remedied by sending a portable vacuum out to my house but that has yet to be done. I also noticed the pool guy on 4 occasions not brushing my pool walls. Worst part is the arrogance and rudeness of the remodeling manager. Can not recommend them or will ever use them again.

We hired this company to do all of the pool and spa work when we rented a house in Miami—and later when we purchased. Knowledgeable, professional, and timely. Highly recommended.
