Birmingham - Huntsville - Montgomery - Chattanooga - Panama City - Destin AllSouth Appliance Group, Inc. began in 1997 as a resource to area home builders, remodelers and their clients. The company was started in Tyler Hillman's basement by him and his brother Josh and focused on offering a wide selection of brands for the different tastes and styles of consumers. AllSouth now provides sales, delivery, service and installation on over 40 appliance brands. AllSouth is a participating member in area home builders associations, chambers of commerce and many industry related groups. AllSouth is a contributing member to the Habitat for Humanity and many other community charities. We believe in supporting communities with time and resources. AllSouth Appliance was awarded the Southeast's first Subzero/ Wolf Living Kitchen. The state of the art environment showcases over 90 products from SubZero Freezer and Wolf Range. All sizes and finishes are represented. In addition to beautiful, Interactive showrooms, AllSouth offers an e-commerce website full of information on their appliance offerings and offering the ability to purchase online. The website also offers designers, specifiers and dreamers a great resource for products. The goal is to build lifelong customers, and to do this, our customers must realize a value in doing business with us. The AllSouth sales staff stands ready to answer any questions and provide the information needed, so that you can make informed decisions about the most important room in your home. After customers select from our wide variety of major name brand and specialty appliances, AllSouth continues service with our dedicated delivery crews and professional installation. For service issues, we offer North and Central Alabama's best, factory trained service technicians. For repair outside our service area, service will be handled by Factory Authorized Services. We are happy to assist our customers in setting up calls.

Allsouth’s delivery crew of Lawrence and Deion did a great job in delivering a blemish-free appliance while taking care not to damage anything in our home when removing the old appliance and installing the new one.

I purchased a washer and dryer. It was very easy starting with Diann. Her professional expertise and knowledge of appliances was so reassuring and she helped me make the best decision given my needs and space. I was able to get a quick delivery date. The two delivery men I had were Robert Pollard and Deion Neal. They were superb. They were so careful with the delivery as the had to go up steps. They were both knowledgeable in what they were doing and answered all of my question. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience from the purchase to the delivery and setup. Thank you Diann, Robert, and Deion for helping make this such a pleasant experience.

Lawrence Bishop and Jonathan Green delivered and installed a refrigerator and took away the old refrigerator. They were prompt and efficient with a professional work ethic and a pleasant attitude. They left the work area in good condition. I have another delivery scheduled for next week and request that these 2 guys make that delivery if possible. The range hood was not installed to the height that we requested. During the refrigerator and freezer install, the trim was installed with a 3 inch gap. Both the installer and the salesperson argued with us that it was normal to have this gap. It is now 5/30/2018 and our Whirlpool refrigerator and freezer doors still have dents. Allsouth has come out 3 times to replace the doors only to bring out replacements with dents or scratches. After waiting over 2 months this last time on replacement doors, I called to find out when they would arrive. Allsouth had no record of us needing doors. Whirlpool told them to replace the entire set. When they delivered them, they just dropped them off because they failed to send out installers. After speaking with Jamie Green, Director of Operations, I can see why nothing is getting done. Do not expect to get return calls from this company.

We went into AllSouth to buy a washer dryer set and spent about $1500 to replace our washer that recently died. This was on a Saturday on the 11th....the sales person advised that we would have a call from the warehouse on Monday to let us know about setting up a time to deliver the units.......when we did not have a call on Monday I called on Tuesday...the sales person seemed annoyed I called and advised that the unit where not in the warehouse and that we would get a call soon so we could set up a delivery. We called one other time on Friday just to see if we could get a ETA.....they never called us back. My husband's health deteriorated over the weekend(cancer) and he is now in hospice at the house. Allsouth called while i was at the hospital making arrangements to advise that they would deliver the units on Friday....then called back and adv that no it would be on Monday.....I have called the manager and the sales person to see if anything could be done to make this happen a little sooner due to i cannot even wash linens from my husbands bed.....no call back as of this moment...very unhappy that they could not at least advise this would take 16 days to get a product we paid cash for.

Bought Samsung refrig. a little over a year ago from Allsouth. Frig was on sale due to a small dent on door. After frig was delivered I realized there were no papers so I just printed a manual online. Well, this a.m. the freezer door broke so I called Samsung to see what the warranty was and if my frig was still covered. It turns out my frig is 7 years old!! I called the store and was told they probably got the frig from another store and so what, even if it had been a brand new model I'd still be out of warranty. So, I ended up paying for a 2009 model when I thought I was paying for a 2015 model (with a small dent). No wonder the handle broke it'd had probably been opened and closed who knows how many times. Never will I go back to Allsouth.

We purchased several Thermador kitchen appliances from All South last summer for a remodeled home. They all look great. But the $2500 microwave stopped working after 7 months. Though still under warranty, it has taken over two weeks, going on three based on current promises, for All-South to get the part and repair the microwave. A. I have never had a microwave fail. So I question the quality of the Thermador product. B. When I purchase a high end product from a high end dealer--whether AllSouth or Tom Williams BMW/Lexus/Audi--I expect prompt high quality service when something goes wrong. It did not happen in this instance. The service has been neither prompt nor high quality. So, while we like the outward appearance of the new kitchen--the service is subpar, and the quality of the product is "up in the air." UPDATE! To our relief, this review caused All South's service team to jump into action. They arrived the next morning, removed the microwave, took it back to their shop, replaced the defective part (I think by removing one from a new microwave rather than waiting another week for the Thermador part to arrive) and installed our microwave the same afternoon. Kudos to the service team and to the customer service folks who monitor reviews! Thanks for solving the problem with a little creativity. Nice recovery. Good experience for us.
