The service I received from start to finish was handled professionally by everyone, including Robert Kline. Hector and Vincent were thorough and knowledgeable in installing the window treatment. Excellent quality of work and timely. They made sure I had no questions or concerns and did a great demonstration on opening and closing the curtains.

I initially contacted Allure for a quote on just two windows, which Heather was glad to do with no pressure about our remaining windows. After the window coverings were installed, we were so pleased with our experience as well as the product quality we went ahead and ordered for six more windows! Heather was a dream to work with, very accommodating and low key with a nice eye for style. We are so glad we connected, and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Heather at Allure Window Coverings did a great job helping my husband and I with window coverings in our newly built home in Portland. She was definitely up to date on decorating trends, lift function options for larger windows and fabric and or wood options. After we placed our orders Heather updated us about delivery and installation options, and everything was on time. The install was quick and the tech Brian was super personable, highly competent and VERY tidy. We had a great experience and would recommend Alllure without reservation.

An amazing job! Heather came home, she took measurements and advised me about the best options. The work was done in the estimated time. Today, I think shades are among the most beautiful characteristics of my house. I would recommend Allure to everyone.

Allure Window Coverings is a company I would recommend time and time again. Heather came to my home and measured windows, showed me samples and pricing and I was able to make my decision the same day. Within 3 weeks my blinds were delivered and professionally installed without a hitch. Working with Allure was so much easier than trying to do it myself. I saved both time and money.

Heather was very accommodating to my busy schedule and made 3 separate trips to my house for the job. She had hundreds of samples I was able to compare in choosing our shade material. Her installer was fast and professional. Overall we ended up with a very high-end, quality shade that looks great! It serves all my lighting and privacy needs! Thanks Heather!! Very happy with the final product.

We were in some serious need for an upgrade to our old curtains and Allure Window Coverings came to the rescue! Heather guided me from start to finish with her personal and prompt attention. We had about 15 windows that needed new coverings. We chose from a huge variety of options including high quality shutters and roller shades. Their pricing was also highly competitive and beat everyone else in the market. With Heather's expertise and design tips we were able to give each room unique style and character. The entire process was painless and everything was delivered on time. Choosing Allure is a no-brainer and I highly recommend them over anyone else!

We used Heather for our first consultation visit. We weren't sure just what kind of product we needed to solve our problem....how to block hot summer sun from south facing windows while still preserving a 'look' from the outside and inside. Heather helped us choose the right solution for our particular home and tastes. We are very happy with the finished product, and would recommend Heather without hesitation. And...just as an added plus, her installer Brian did a fantastic job completing the project.

We have used Allure twice and love our window coverings. Heather is super easy to work with, very responsive and knowledgeable. She helped us decide which type of window coverings would function best for each window and area of our house and had a lot of different options for us to choose from. Would highly recommend!!
