Baton Rouge Area Unique Design Consulting Firm
Allyson Hicks Design Consulting, LLC (AHDC) has been dedicated to providing residential design services to Baton Rouge and surrounding areas since 2007. Allyson Hicks, the owner, gained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Interior Design from Converse College in Spartanburg, South Carolina. She has two decades of experience in the field. AHDC has a diverse client base with a focus on residential design. We have strong working relationships with trade professionals such as architects, contractors, and various sub contractors. Our firm focuses on individual client needs and offers consulting throughout the entire project. Each design should be unique, while still maintaining the client’s vision. It is always a team effort between the client and the design professionals. AHDC provides services to projects big or small.

I loved working with Allyson! She is so talented and has such a great eye for interior design. I hired Allyson to help with custom drapery and furnishing for our home. She worked with my budget and gave us so many great options. She was patient with me as I wanted to do things in phases and I never felt rushed or obligated to start the next phase. I have asked Allyson to work with me on our next house which will be a full remodel. She is even going to store our drapery while we renovate the house and alter it, if needed, before installing. I definitely recommend Allyson Hick Design Consulting. You will not be disappointed!

Allyson is an extremely talented designer. She tackles every job with 100% of her attention from one room makeovers to an entire house. I have worked with her on both types of projects. She is professional, friendly, available and works in a timely manner. She makes it all look so easy and keeps it fun.

We used Allyson Hicks Design to help decorate our new home in Willow Grove, in particular to help us with custom drapery. Allyson was a true professional, working not only within our budget, but also by incorporating drapes from our prior home enhanced with additional custom fabric for a more contemporary look while also minimizing our costs in order to meet our new, much taller windows. Such a great experience.
