Alpha Woodwork installed my staircase hand railing and I absolutely love it! It transformed the look and feel of our family room. Although the estimated installation timeframe was a bit longer, it was due to providing exactly what I wanted which I was completely fine with. I would recommend them for your project and plan on using them for future projects of my own.

Received terrible customer service, they came out and gave me a quote and that was it, promised me samples and call backs etc. and never showed up to bring the samples promised to show us. never picks up the phone, never responds to texts and never returns missed calls, emails or voicemails until they feel like it. they wasted WEEKS of our time. i gave more than enough chances to redeem themselves, he apologized via email at how bad he had been with us and told me i was right about it when i mentioned the bad service and then they dropped the ball again when i gave them another chance, i should not have to chase a business down to take my money and if i cannot get them on the phone, how would i get him on the job? i got low quote but it came with low customer service and an untouched job. i hired someone else.

We replaced our stairway railings and handrails, and Alpha Woodwork did a wonderful job. Fabio, who came to the house and assisted us with the selection and styling and the wonderful installation crew were all so easy to work with. They were professional, and answered all of our questions - a pleasure to work with. We thank all of them.

Alpha Woodwork did a beautiful job converting our old carpeted stairs to a lovely wood staircase. They knew just the right touches to suggest to transform something that was very dated to something that is now timeless. The quality of the craftsmanship for the cost was an affordable expenditure we will never regret! Before and after pictures attached to show their great work!

The team at Alpha did an amazing job building and installing my staircase. The quality of the product was second to none and the timeline of production and installation was exactly what they said it would be. Fabio was amazing to deal with; i would definitely use them again.

I hired this company to do my trellis on my barbecue area, and it's astonishing!!! Fabio and his crew took care of the project with care and professionalism. I am typically very hands-on around work being done in my house since my wife and I care about the small details. After the first few days of work, I didn't have to check in too much since every time I checked I realized Fabio was going above and beyond in every way. He has passion in what he does!!!
