I ordered an 18" pantry door from Ambiance Doors. They called me after receiving the order. We discovered I had ordered the door incorrectly. They corrected my mistake. The door arrived within the timeframe quoted. I installed the door and it looks fantastic. My wife is very happy with her new pantry door.

Have two custom doors made for my office, one with logo one with out. The style and logo was made to my specifications, very nicely. The size of the doors, despite repeat measurements & pictures given by the carpenter, some things were off. one door did not fit the frame measurements sent , carpenter had to make other modifications. As for delivery, after paying for delivery, there was no mention that delivery did not include bringing the doors in to the suits, rather , the delivery person brought the doors up to the outside of the building and the office had to make unplanned other arrangements to bring the doors into the units. Extremely inconvenient. On all communications sent, the address of the office with the suite # was included. It would be more helpful to have more transparency as to what is clearly excluded and included

I have worked with Ambiance Doors in North Carolina since 2006. I purchased a maple framed milano style door. The door quality is top notch. It arrived well packaged and without damage in the time specified. I would definitely order another door from them.
