We decided to go with American Kitchens after reading positive reviews and placed an order in Feb.. Dan was our sales person and was very helpful, due to the linger effects of covid are cabinets did not get installed until April, and when they were delivered some of cabinets and doors were missing. Took another couple of months to get the missing cabinets and doors, 9 of the doors were warped and American Kitchens said they would get new doors. We did not hear from them for a good while and when decided to call and speak to Erica the vice president came to the house and we were informed that Tru Cabinets was filing bankruptcy and would not honor the warranty. Erica told us that American kitchens would stand by there work and purchased doors from a different company and had them professionally painted. This has been going on for about 9 months but true to their word American Kitchens has made it right. Our kitchen is beautiful and the doors they replaced (at American Kitchen’s cost) are great. We are very happy with Erica, Glen and Dave who all worked on our kitchen to give us what we wanted and paid for. I would recommend them to anyone looking to have their kitchen done. It is rare to work with a company that is very customer focused and completed the job to our satisfaction as they promised.
