As a native Texan and graduate of Texas A&M University I began my interiors and architectural career in Dallas in 1985. With over 24 years of experience as a design professional, licensed interior designer, and licensed architect in Texas, I have worked for great design firms ranging from small local Dallas firms to very large national and global firms, for a real estate development company, and as a sole proprietor/consultant. My goal for any client is to provide professional design services based upon desired style, budget, and scope by first listening, then mirroring back what is heard, and then providing design solutions that incorporate current finishes and materials, technology, and sustainability. Most clients have a vision of what they desire and sometimes do not realize it until during the design process. My philosophy is to keep the client’s vision as a target during the design process and to not let my personal style preferences deviate from that vision but rather provide design recommendations and solutions towards the style desired by the client.
