I called them on Monday, and they had the job done by Wednesday the same week. It was for a rental house, so timing was super tight, but he moved things around to make it work. I hired them strictly based on their reviews, and it was with it. I actually didn't meet Thomas at all - I had the place on lockbox and had someone else pay, but the work was excellent and they were super communicative. I would use them again, and I would recommend their service to anyone. They may not come in with the lowest bid, but you won't have any headaches at all!

Thomas was great and very knowledgeable. Called him about some minor issues with our garage door that needed repaired. He was very flexible and willing to come out after I go off work. Ended up being around 6:30 pm. He was very honest about his pricing which was by the hour with no hidden costs. He also let me know about a few upgrades and how much they would cost. The price was very reasonable and we will be reaching out again.
