I had to reconfigure my laundry room and researched who best to do the job. I picked Artisan over 2 others because of the initial meeting when they came to bid the job. They were the BEST! Neat, clean and very mindful of MY schedule.. They always came when they said they would, EVERY subcontractor they sent over CLEANED UP THEIR MESS at the end of the day, and they were professional and efficient! We had a few "snafus" on the job, which always happens (like a cracked sink sent from the manufacturer), but they took care of it as quickly as they could in order to "finish" the job as closely to the projected date as humanly possible. I would HIGHLY recommend them to ANYONE wanting quality workmanship and contractors that DO what they say they will.

We have used Artisian Design in our old house and in the new condo we just moved into. Staci and her staff are professional, timely and we have recommended them to many of our friends. We would us them again.

Shaun and Artisan were awesome. I look forward to working with him on the second stage of our renovations next year.

Working with Stacy and Shaun was a wonderful experience. They had fabulous ideas and the outcome was even better than I could have imagined. I've previously worked with Artisan Design on several design and remodeling projects with great results. The final phase of my remodel included 2,200 sq. ft. of flooring. Working with Stacy Ughi was a pleasure, and she presented a selection of engineered hardwoods and porcelain tile. I chose a white Dolomite porcelain and couldn't be happier with the end result. Despite dealing with hurricane Irma, the prep and tile installation went as scheduled. Their web-based project portal is very convenient to use and Shaun Nave kept me informed as the project proceeded. Great job!

This company was prompt and thorough in arriving at our home, estimating the job cost, helping to select colors, and produced the job on time and at cost. Their workers are professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They showed up on time each day and stayed exclusively with our job until it was completed, cleaning up carefully at the end of each work day. The company owners were on site from time to time to check on progress and answer any questions. We were very satisfied and would hire Artisan again.

My husband and I have just completed a remodeling project in our condo in Naples, FL. Part of the project involved demolition of the old and later re-installation and painting of a new and updated baseboards throughout the entire property. We could not have been more pleased with the results. Shawn has diligently worked with us from the very early stages of the process all the way through the completion and ensured that the final result is nothing short of beautiful. Admittedly, I am not the easiest client to work with - my execrations for the craftsmanship and communication are very high. Shawn has always been quick to respond and addressed any concerns that I had. He and his team are true professionals. Shawn was very upfront with cost and completed the work in the timeframe that was originally quoted without delay. We have worked with other contractors on past projects and appreciate Shawn’s and his team’s attention to detail, work ethic and craftsmanship to a degree that is rarely seen these days. He made suggestions to enhance our project and also offered solution when unforeseen issues came up. We will absolutely seek this company’s help with our next hope improvement endeavor and would recommend them unconditionally!

I found Royal Palm Interiors on Houzz, contacted and interviewed Stacy and ultimately contracted with her to be our designer. Stacy understood from the beginning that we did not have an unlimited budget and she has worked with us to completely transform the interior of our recently purchased 15-year old house--including repainting the entire interior---after sanding all the walls so they were smooth. She refaced all the kitchen cabinetry so it looks like an entirely different kitchen. Stacy offers many ideas and is very creative. She is very easy to work with. The fact that she has her own painting company helped the project go much faster because she has her own crew that has worked with her for many years. We used Stacy for helping us purchase lighting, furniture and so much more. I would recommend Stacy and her company, Royal Palm Interiors, without hesitation. Stacy also has wonderful relationships with many subcontractors and businesses throughout Naples.

I moved to Naples from Boston Ma with 20 boxes and office furniture. I thought it would be fun to decorate and buy all new furniture. I was quickly overwhelmed and knew I needed a decorator to help. Stacy came to my rescue. I described that I wanted my house to look like one of the model homes that I toured. My house turned out beautifully, exactly what I described that I wanted. I admit I was not the easiest of clients, a bit picky, however Stacy was patient and stayed within my budget!
