Kyle and Jay arrived at 8:00 am and finished up at 9:30 pm. A very long day for them, but they remained patient, polite and informative throughout. The job was done as described*, as was pricing (no surprises, very reasonable) clean-up was amazing and the instructions were very clear and easy to understand. Kyle even set up our Tidal acct., taught us how to use it, accessed some favourites for us and didn't even laugh once at our choices (we're old). I can't say enough good things about the work and the professionalism coupled with approachability. I highly recommend ASI. * job involved fixing up the shoddy cabling/rewiring, removing old systems, setting up new ones, integrating functions to give us simple to use projector /screen in media room, sound throughout the house and surround sound for the TV. And more stuff, like I said...old.

ASI was very professional. They understood that we weren't very tech savvy and explained every step as we went. They walked us through how to use the equipment before they left. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone needing audio/video services.

WOW!!! What a great experience my wife and I had with ASI SYSTEMS! Our receiver went out and the sound would come on and off at random, plus plenty of speaker popping as well. We got a heads up from our neighbor on who to call so my wife called ASI and first spoke with Margaret then Mike Lindbo owner. He asked me a bunch of questions and advised me which new receiver would be best for us to enhance our viewing and listening preferences. Mike set up the time and team that would fix all that was wrong, along with double checking the entire system for accuracy. Jay and Dave did the install and went over everything to make sure we knew how to access system properly. From Mike, Margaret, Jay and Dave these individuals are true professionals in every way not only knowledgeable but have superior work quality as well. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND (ASI) for all your electronic needs.

Jay and Jesé were consummate processionals and did an outstanding job installing our upgraded security system. They had previously worked at our home and even shared some super helpful tricks and tips. Highly recommended.

ASI is so great to work with. They handled the entire media/wireless/security aspect of our home remodel. Everyone that came out to the house was very professional and knowledgeable. I will use them again for any technology needs we have.

The work was very professional, the personnel very responsive to input and questions. The job was a down to the stubs, following a house fire, remodel. The wiring was installed prior to the wall board - they were accommodating to the period of time prior to returning to install the final pieces of equipment.

I recently had home security and video surveillance installed by ASI. From the very beginning where they came out for a consultation to the instillation, the whole process was very easy and stress free. The technicians were very organized, tidy and professional. It truly felt like they had my best interest in mind with the install. They gave me options of where I might like the security cameras, smoke dispatch detectors etc and even brought up key points that I didn't think of myself. They made sure I was completely satisfied with the system. The system Alarm.com is easy to use. I downloaded the app on my IPhone and I can view live videos right from my phone. I can even see times windows and doors have been opened/closed. ASI by far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend ASI to friends and family looking for a high quality security system.

My husband and I purchased our forever home. We have pride in our home. We found ASI and truely enjoyed Mike and his AWESOME team. They were competent and honest. When we booked our appointment, ASI team, were on time and friendly. Mike and his team wore shoe covers on our new carpet and put down floor coverings too. ASI technicians put in our speakers inside and outside patio. They hung both of the flat screen T.V's Kyle♡ he showed us how to use the app on our phones for using the speakers! Clean, honest, fair.
