We used the Miscela Vanadeco for two fireplaces surrounds in our house, and we love it. It looks fantastic and many different styles. We were lucky to have some direct interaction with Diane, the founder, and she was very focused on our satisfaction with her product.

I used aZurastone Crema as a backsplash in my kitchen renovation. The stone is gorgeous. Everyone who sees it remarks about how beautiful it is. My tile installer and cabinet maker wanted to take pictures of the kitchen because they liked the stone so much they wanted to be able to show it to other customers. The owner of the company was responsive and precise. She gave me pricing and shipping information quickly and as the project changed she updated the numbers efficiently. Se communicated well about when to expect the shipment because I would need a contractor to carry the heavy boxes from the truck to the house. Before my shipment arrived, Diane, the owner of aZurastone, called me and told me she had had a problem with broken stone in an order that left the warehouse on the same truck. She asked me to inspect the boxes when they arrived and refuse the shipment if there was a problem. I did and there were broken tiles. I called her, as she asked, and she made immediate arrangements to have a new batch shipped. I had them in perfect condition within a few days. The installer thought the material was good to work with. I could not be happier with the aZurastone product or with Diane's responsive and professional service.

Materials and services from this Company and its representative have far exceeded industry standards. We have never experienced delays or other problems that are typically inherent in the construction trade. The representative is always pleasant and cooperative, going beyond expectations.
