Commented: How did you drill the correct angle in the stairway rails.?Yes - we actually lay the stairwell on the stairs to get the correct angle. Then drill them plumb. Good luck!

Commented: What was used for the clear coat?On the two jobs that we used rebar - the homeowners wanted the rust look. However I know that steel wool will do the trick if you want a cleaner look.

Commented: What size rebar was used?Good morning. We spaced them 2 per tread. However there may be certain code requirements. We completed a project a few years ago that required them to be no more than 4" apart.
