Janis and Ray designed and built stunning bathroom cabinetry (beautiful walnut ) and medicine cabinet and bedroom built ins of bamboo (armoire, shelves, drawers) and a unique platform bed with storage all to fit in an attic space--for a recent remodel of a master bed/bath -- the wood is gorgeous--and the detail work in the bamboo just stunning. Culin and Colella's work MADE the room (and solved pretty much every storage need we would ever have!) They are wonderful to work with, extremely professional, and detail oriented. and the cabinetry is amazing (i said that already- but it needs to be said again.....). In fact, we loved their work so much that when we needed to quickly (very quickly) re-do a powder room after a pipe burst we asked them to design a vanity -- and not only did they make a beautiful modern piece -- but they were able to turn the job around in a very short time-- i would highly recommend Culin and Colella to anyone.

My experience with Culin & Colella can only be described as exceptional. The care with which they approached the project, the design of the project, the follow through, the completion... were all exceptional. They listened to what my desires were and worked tierlessly to bring them to fruition. They made a very positive impact on the beauty of my home and their "works of art" (as I refer to them) are VERY appreciated by people who come into my house. These "works of art" have added joy to my everyday life. I can NOT give Culin & Colella enough praise. They are professional and artistic. I have now used their services for two projects in my home.

Provider designed, engineered, fabricated, finished, delivered and installed a cherry bar and cabinetry piece over 10 feet long, almost 10 feet tall, and 22" deep. It consisted of a 4' center bar with wine racks, glass shelves and pocket doors; lower cabinetry with adjustable shelves and pull-out drawers; countertop; upper bookcases and display shelves; finished side panels; lighting; lacquer finishing; and crown moulding around the piece as well as the rest of the room. Janis and Ray work as a team, and they are terrific! Their employees were polite, neat, and did what they were supposed to do.....how often does that happen?! We were able have an initial meeting where we laid out what we wanted, and they spent time helping us pick design, woods, finishes, and other details that the general layperson has little knowledge of. We continued to have access to them throughout the process. Their experience is long and extensive. We could not have been happier!

I have 4 beautifully designed bamboo tables. I started with 3 and then ordered another. The design is versatile and unique. They are well built and I like the 'sustainable' factor of bamboo. Janis was able to match a color perfectly the first try and both Ray & Janis were a pleasure to work with. They are professional and helpful with creative ideas and were able to deliver before the agreed deadline.

Janis and Ray provided us with not only a professional job renovating our kitchen and living room, but their work was superb! The attention to detail was amazing and it was a long process, but there were details they brought to our attention which we hadn't even thought of, so it was well worth the time and effort! The cabinetry is gorgeous, and they did a beautiful fireplace surround for us in a burled walnut which is awesome! There was never a glitch in their measurements or any of the work they did. They both were so pleasant and cheerful and made a nightmare of a renovation turn into a fun experience! If you want a kitchen - or any other cabinetry done, Culin and Colella is the team you want! Thanks to them we have a beautiful home!

We used Culin & Colella for all the built-in cabinetry in our home - 11 rooms, including the kitchen (I believe they have posted our Cherry Library on Houzz). They truly are artists. They are impeccable, and pay close attention to detail. They use quality materials, they have integrity, and they stand behind their work. We used them again in 2008 to build a custom swivel/tv cabinet in our kitchen, and again last year to re-configure a built-in cabinet in our family room. We are currently building a new, smaller house, and plan to use them again. I highly recommend them.

Culin & colella is a hidden westchester gem for an owner that's remodeling, architect looking for reliable high end wood work or any custom builder. We hired them to fabricate three beautiful counters and a corner unit. Their craftsmanship is impeccable and they were very timely in their delivery. We receive compliments on the counters regularly and they really are the high end touch that we were looking for. We will certainly be reaching out to them for more work.

I have a beautiful Bamboogem coffee table made by Culin and Colella. I was able to custom size it so that it fits comfortably in my Living room. The color choices are amazing and I was told that the finish is so good that I really didn't have to worry about glasses being placed on the table. It has been three years and it still looks awesome.! I love it.
