Supplied a lovely bath shower screen for me. Product was good, but the customer service is awful. Communication from customer service very poor. They did not notify me the item had been dispatched or when the courier was coming, luckily someone was in. Wanted to return item and replace with another. Sent a detailed email requesting this. Heard nothing at all from them. Tried phoning their line. Several times at different times throughout the day and night but always got the same message that all their customer service reps are busy. Surprised that I was receiving the same message when I called at night!

Very helpful and knowledgable which was essential in such a big purchase. Our buying experience was perfect, right from the design stage through to it being finished. We had a visit in our home and then received drawings of the proposed design. No question was too small and the way they conducted Buisness with us was outstanding.
