The Bella Vista home seemed like a good idea at the time. The lack of quality and the superintendent's failure to address my concerns has been disappointing. Everyday, I come home to finishes that I'm not happy with. Bella Vista only gave me one chance to come up with my hard earned money for this house. How many chances do they need to get it right? Don't do this to yourselves folks. Your precious time and money will be wasted.

Great builder! We have had a great experience with Bella Vista. We moved into our home in the Cypress Point community late July. Our sales counselor was awesome. We were first-time home buyers and he helped make the experience easy, less nerve wreaking, and fun. He was always available to answer any questions we had and helped us select a home that fulfilled our needs and that we were happy in. Our construction manager was just as awesome. He kept us up to date with the progress our home and resolved any issues that came up right away. Even after we moved in he has been available to answer any questions we've had. Bella Vista made us feel like they cared about building a great quality home for us. We may one day grow out of our first home and if we do, we want Bella Vista to build our next one too.

I had Bella Vista Homes build my new home from the start to the finished. I was impressed on how easy they were to work with. They were very accomodating when I wanted to make some changes to the plan. Their design center is fabulous with many selections for every aspect of the home. I was truly able to customize the finish out of the home to make it my own. I was very impressed with the construction of the home and the fact that the home was completed ahead of schedule. Above all what made me decide on the Bella Vista Home was the floorplan. I find their plans to be very updated and new with fresh ideas! Great kitchens and bathrooms.
