I highly recommend Billy Pauling as a real estate agent. When I knew I was moving to MN and needed an agent, I was referred to Billy from a mutual friend. He made the entire process from start to finish, the most easy, stress free it could possibly be. He was honest, kind, hard working, informative, sincere and knowledgeable about everything in terms of searching for the best home for your needs. You could always reach out to him with questions and he would answer them swiftly and clearly. He would always find time to meet you to see homes and would send good recommendations based on your needs. You can tell he really likes his job and knows everything there is to know about the home buying process. I would use Billy for any future purchases I make and would recommend him highly to anyone in need of a home and wants a smart, caring and professional agent who is on their side.

I worked with Mike Taylor to find a new house. My experience with Mike was truly exceptional. Mike is very professional and patient. He provided me with resources to look for a house right at the beginning of the journey. He also told me that I could look anywhere online for houses I'd like to see and he'll take me to see them. I found a few homes that I wanted to look at and Mike took me to all of them. I found the house of my dreams, within my budget very quickly. Throughout the whole process, Mike was very knowledgeable and pointed out things that were important to notice in every house. He helped me think through each home I saw, and gave me a lot of good tips. Mike went above and beyond to make sure I made an educated decision. Once I decided which house I wanted to buy, he helped me by recommending an inspection company. Following the inspection, he helped me get answers from pros regarding the concerns I had. I felt very well taken care of throughout the whole process and I highly recommend working with Mike Taylor.

Lisa Hauschild is amazing to work with and her team is awesome too! Lisa helped us buy our first home and she just helped us find our next home which is a dream and she sold our first home and made the whole process so easy for us! Lisa and her team went above and beyond in the service we received and we were very happy with how everything went. Lisa is so responsive often answering texts emails calls outside of business hours to ensure we were always taken care of and had great communication! Their team also adds thoughtful details such as providing pizza on moving day and personalized tumblers on closing day. I felt empowered as a seller and a buyer with this team on our side. We can't recommend this group enough especially Lisa!

We've used Billy to both buy and sell our home. He treated us like we were his only clients and actually cared that we were happy with our purchase. He took the time to explain anything that we weren't sure about during the process and didn't pressure us into any decisions. He is extremely knowledgeable about the entire Twin Cities Metro and found us the perfect neighborhood when we moved into the area. When we moved out of state for work and couldn't use Billy as our realtor, he still took the time to offer his advice and talk through our home purchase. I couldn't recommend Billy and his whole team more, you will not be disappointed!

We had already moved away but needed to sell a large home in Eden Prairie from across the country, when the market was starting to take a downward turn. Billy and his team were absolutely amazing to work with. They had clear marketing plans (great stager, photographer), set realistic expectations, and handled everything for us, from checking on heat to calling painters. I would highly recommend Pauling Homes to anyone who is looking to either buy or sell, because they're so great to work with.

I worked with Mike Taylor and had such a great experience purchasing my first home! Mike was very thorough with any information he had on the home buying process, going to showings, things to look for during walk throughs, and more detailed advice on various things throughout the home I purchased. Mike went above and beyond for me during my experience and I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home, because I know he'd do the same for you!

My husband and I recently purchased a home in a Minneapolis suburb, and we can’t recommend Billy high enough! He is incredibly genuine, kind, patient, knowledgeable, and dedicated. We had a long list of “wants” for our home, likely to an unreasonable extent, but he made the home-finding and buying process easy and fun. In addition, we are now in the process of remodeling the home, and he’s been beyond helpful with advice on this; from things to do and not to do that affect resale value, to the mechanical functioning of the home, and even personal contacts for experts in the remodel business. He’s is a man of many trades. We love Billy!

It was great working with Mike on my first home purchase. He was there with me every step of the way explaining things and answering any questions I had. Super thorough and great communication. When I had an issue near the end regarding a retaining wall he was working nonstop to get it resolved. I’m super happy with my home purchase and I couldn’t recommend working with him more!

Billy and his team (shout out to Lisa!) helped my family and me move homes in the summer of 2021. Amid the absolutely bonkers real estate market, Lisa helped secure our purchase within our budget and timeline, and Billy positioned/marketed our home with incredible online exposure. Communication with Billy and his team was effortless and responsive. On the purchase side, Lisa worked her magic, negotiating with the seller (via many, many calls) despite a tricky situation with their own representation. On the buying side, I felt like the home we sold was represented as if it were a multi-million dollar home (note: it wasn't). My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience!
