Client. Benj is that rare architect who listens. Work product is excellent. Works very well with contractor. Highly recommend to those looking to build who have some idea of what they want.

LOFT SIX FOUR

Richards got more talent than I've ever seen in an Architect! I collaborate frequently with him on projects as a Landscape Architect and not only is he easy to work with, but he's got so much passion for what he designs and for whom he designs with. Another great quality that i love about Richard is that he is a problem solver and is always willing to do whatever it takes to make sure you absolutely love your home design down to the very last detail, especially when problems arise. The dude, straight up, has serious skills that will give you the result of a beautiful project to look at but, most important, a home that you absolutely love to live in!

Commented: Can you please tell me what the lovely fireplace tile is? Thanks!The fireplace is all "Roman" brick. 16" x 2". If you look at the exterior photos it's the same on the exterior.

Commented: ShelvesThere are 1x MDF ledgers along the back and sides of the shelves. Then a face board placed across the front in the same stained maple as the drawers below.

Commented: Where do you find the shelves with the under lights?The shelves are custom made. MDF shelves with black stained maple faces and LED tape stuck to the undersides of the shelves.
