32 years ago I sold the first home Hoebeke Builders ever built. It’s been fun through the years seeing their company, and reputation for quality, grow! Not surprisingly one of their homes was just named one of the 10 Most Beautiful Homes in Dallas by DHome Magazine! Today, although we sell homes all over the Metroplex, Hoebeke Builders still consistently builds the most interesting, well-built, client satisfying homes of anyone in the area!

A rare Home Builder, one who actually knows about what he is constructing not just the mechanics, technical, and business aspects. He actually studies architecture and cares about such abstractions as scale and proportions. An Architects dream builder. Bob's knowledge was critical to the success of our project. As first-time builders we needed a ton of help. We had two small children at the time (ages 1 and 2) and needed Bob to understand our needs/wants/dreams and to be able to distill choices and guide us through the process. He did a terrific job at all three of those. We have been in our completed home for over 14 years now and would have changed a very few minor things, but have found no issues at all with the construction and overall quality of the job. Bob built us a Spanish Colonial home that was finished in 2004. After 11 years, the house has been problem free. Bob always employs the best subs in the business and maintains the highest quality of construction.

Bob Hoebeke did an outstanding job as our contractor!! He had great vision and gave us the house of our dreams. He was really great about knowing the look we wanted, but figuring ways to get that look without a huge cost. He guided us into going with a timeless look and our home still has that today. We would meet each week and discuss the budget. From the beginning he would give me a budget per room, if we went over in one room we had to cut back in another. We stayed on budget which is almost unheard of in building a home! He was always honest, above board and had terrific subs. I would highly recommend Bob for building a new home or doing a remodel. Not only did we get a fabulous house, it was one of my favorite experiences!! I give Bob total credit for that!!
