I bought an existing home in Santa Fe, NM last year that was built by Bob DiJanni. Since moving into this house I have come to love the design and the fact there is SO much natural light in all rooms. I contacted Bob for referrals of people to do many minor home repairs and found him to be very cordial and easy going. I asked him to be general contractor for installation of a home elevator and later for renovation of a large storage space in the lower suite of the house. The storage space has been converted into a kitchen for guests and/ renters. Bob is diligent, reliable, and very easy to work with. He makes suggestions about design, products etc but remains flexible about decisions in order to best meet customer needs. Bob oversaw all aspects of both projects and coordinated workers very well.

Bob DiJanni built our house in Santa Fe 19 years ago (then working with his brother, John DiJanni). We were so pleased with the house that we have called on Bob for other projects over the year, including a studio addition we made to the original house several years ago. We moved this year to a smaller house in Santa Fe that had an unfinished shed. We called again on Bob to serve as general contractor on a renovation to transform the shed into a home office for me and a studio for my wife. The project was fairly extensive and involved the installation of several windows and doors; boosting the existing insulation; installing (and burying) a new electrical line from the transformer; installing a heat pump; installing lighting, adding a small roof over a portal; finishing the interior walls; laying hardwood floors and stuccoing the exterior. Bob has been meticulous throughout the project. He's stayed on top of all of the subcontractors who have been on the job (most of whom are experienced in their own right) and has always been easy to reach. He's good at solving problems, and we're very happy with the result. We recommend Bob and would have no problem hiring him again.

Bob, built our house. We loved the "curb" appeal as we pulled into the long attractive driveway. As we walked thru the gate into the outer court yard the front doors were stunning. Entering into the"great" room was very inpressive--high ceilings with massive log beams was beautiful. We went right to the kitchen, perfect. We were sold right there! The rest of the house was just as impressive. A large master bedroom with the same beam ceiling as the "great" room led to the master bath which was perfect. We never looked at another house & closed the "deal' that day. We are "transplants" from So. Ca. and had been looking in Santa Fe. for a # of months. Local friends found the house for us called us and we flew over to look at it the following weekend. We just love this house!! We completed a lot of fine tuning thru Bob. All his "subs" did excellent work and Bob continues to be a friend to this day. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!
