My wife Cate and I have worked with Sandy on several projects for over 30 years!! She has helped us design our primary home, our previous primary home, both of which were built by Jim Sevigney! She helped us design and finish the top two floors of the Tower in downtown Yakima for our corporate offices! She also helped design our current office on 212 N Naches Ave about 10 years ago. She is now doing another project (wine room) in our home and needless to say her designs and ideas are brilliant and will be incredible! She is by far the best in this field yet having such an amazing heart of wanting to do the best for her clients. I would recommend her for any project one might have. Thankyou Sandy!.

I was working on a whole house renovation plan in Summer 2018--but I decided I needed help with how to approach this, since my goal is to update and replace flooring, doors, tile, cabinets, even potentially move some walls. A glass installer I had worked with previously suggested I contact Sandy Bourgeois--a big selling point for me is that Sandy is a Designer AND a Contractor. After meeting and working with Sandy I can attest that hiring her was the best decision I could have made. She is so knowledgeable and experienced in determining colors, materials and helping me decide what combinations fit my vision for my bathrooms. I had some ideas on my wish list before I worked with her--some were on the right track, but there were some that were not wise choices and not cost effective. Sandy was able to show me other options that fit with my desired outcome -- I can honestly say that she saved me over $5000 on my bathrooms. She takes care of hiring all the subcontractors and all of them did excellent work. I give Sandy my highest recommendation--she is honest, efficient and so FUN to work with!

Sandra Bourgeois Design was amazing to work with. We had her remodel our basement and master bath. Her professionalism and knowledge of products made it easy for us to make decisions on a tight budget. Her crew of workers were easy to work with and great problem solvers. Sandra Bourgeois has remodeled two kitchens and 2 bathrooms for us. She is very knowledgeable and creative in her field. Our projects came within budget as did our deadlines. She was able to coordinate from start to finish all the different aspects of the job (new fixtures, granite, tile, paint to name a few) which gave each of our projects a unique design. We appreciated the opportunity to work with her because she listened to what we wanted and each time produced designs that passed our expectations. We have done a variety of remodeling projects to our homes in the past. However, we just recently discovered Sandra Bourgeois Design . Sandy's expertise and knowledge of materials were extremely helpful in making design choices. She works with a team of professionals that care about the quality of their work. Sandy helped design & execute a kitchen & family room remodel in our old (1948) house. She coordinated with our architect, engineer, & contractor. She also made awesome design & furnishing recommendations. She's currently helping us on another project now (Aug 2016) & already has made important design & material recommendations we never would have come up with on our own. Sandy is professional, high/energy, and will focus on getting great results. Having Sandy manage a remodel is like hiring a guide on a fishing trip. Could you do it yourself? Maybe. But with Sandy on your team, you'll get great results & may avoid mistakes.

Sandra is fantastic to work with.........she is a wealth of knowledge and information.......did her homework in finding what I desired but, and very importantly........allowed me to add and suggest changes that were "Me". And best yet, she is skillfully able to direct the project into a better design direction if she thinks it is needed. She has a meticulous "color eye" and is very creative. Sandy can go "sky's the limit" or she is able to stay within budget restrictions. I have sought her on three design projects over a few years and she has always been fabulous to work with.

Sandy directed workman on a project to change my entry into my house . I had a cement and tile entry and changed it to a hardwood floor with a diamond shaped slate design in the center of the entry.The workman had to take out the cement and build it up and put down plywood. We also had hardwood put down in the hall way and it had to be blended in to the existing kitchen floor. Sandy was professional & on time. She included us in all the decision-making.

I have countless gratitude for the help, guidance and direction of Sandra Boureois in this kitchen remodel! She had countless suggestions and choices to guide me through this process of obtaining my dream kitchen. I am so, so happy with the results! Sandra was onsite daily to make sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan. Her projected budget was spot-on, and her time frame for the renovation was close to perfect. All of this was accomplished with a professional demeanor. I will seek her help in future renovations!

Because Sandy did such a great job on our first project ( total kitchen remodel), we've brought her back 2 more times. Not only does she have great taste and has a knack for matching the property fit with the homeowners wishes, but Sandy also remains committed to the finished product down to the last detail. We have contacted her long after a project has been completed with a concern and she treats it with the highest priority. She gets things done, and doesn't settle for "average" craftmanship.

Sandy is awesome at the details. That's the best thing - she plans for the project. She thinks of the potential problems with all the materials -- and allows you to make educated decisions on the products you choose. She also uses the best installers, so you know it's going to be done right! She's also very creative and fun to work with - so if you have visions of doing something outside the box, she is great at that! We have done several projects with Sandy -- small and large --both commercial and residential. I highly recommend her!

I am a Faux Finisher and have worked with Sandra for over 20 years. I call her the "Queen Of The Tile" She is an excellent Designer and will save you money with her up-to- date knowledge of all things related to her field . She is energetic and full of creative ideas. She is a Designer who will think outside the box. If you have an idea in your head, and can explain it to Sandy, she will figure out a way for your dream to be realized. She can also get you that dream kitchen, bath or room on your budget. I would highly recommend her for any of your projects.

I have used Sandra since 2001 when we built a new log home. We ordered carpet, tile, cabinets, window coverings, furniture, appliances, lighting, pretty much all aspects of the projects . She was one on one with the contractor and subs all most everyday. She always listens to what I'm wanting, then always has great options. She is extremely positive, and a very good listener of your budget. I have used her dozens of times since we built our home.
