Brad Swartz Architects

Brad Swartz is an architect who specialises in bespoke residential design. He believes that architectural design should relate uniquely to each client’s brief and appropriately to the site, which is best achieved through a high level of collaboration between the architect and client. In 2015, his ‘Darlinghurst Apartment’ won the Houses Award for best Apartment or Unit, and was shortlisted in both the Australian Interior Design Awards and the IDEA Awards. Brad's experience includes working at Akin Creative as a Project Architect, on a mix of residential, retail, and hospitality projects. Prior to this, he worked for five years at Marston Architects on a number of high-end residential projects, whilst completing his Masters of Architecture at the University of New South Wales and becoming registered with the Architects Accreditation Council of Australia. Brad has also previously worked at ARC Architects, and studied architecture overseas at the University of Texas at Austin.
