Brianna Michelle Interior Design

We signed a design agreement with Brianna Michelle Design to do a floor plan and all the design components of a master suite. While unusual, we had to pay the full amount in advance. To start, we received a floor plan and a few pictures for design direction. There were things we liked, but also things we provided feedback on. After that, it became a real challenge to get a response. Repeat followups were eventually answered with excuses of being busy with other clients or busy training new employees. Just when we thought we had finalized the floor plan, we received a surprise email from Brianna saying she was uncomfortable with the design direction and wanted to part ways. After our builder talked to her, she said she would continue on our project. Literally weeks went by while we were waiting for her design ideas. Then we learned she had not been working on our project and was not going to. We received no official notice of terminating the agreement. It took over two agonizing months to get some (not all) of the money back for services not rendered (which was most of them). At the beginning of the project, we were asked to provide pictures of things we liked. This was mostly ignored. And sharing our thoughts on her direction was not well received. If you want an honest designer who will collaborate and communicate with you, don’t go with Brianna Michelle Design. And whatever you do, don’t pay for everything up front. I wish we would have learned about another local acquaintance’s experience with Brianna before we got into this mess.

I am absolutely thrilled with the design of our home. I wake up happy every day because it is bright and light and beautiful - exactly what I wanted. Brianna and her team helped create a seamless design from start to finish and the process was wonderful. She listened to exactly what we wanted and made unique suggestions that made our home more personal and interesting. Everything flows beautifully and the end result is a timeless design. I would definitely recommend BMID!

Brianna-Michelle Interior Design is by far one of the most professional and creative design firms I have ever worked with. From concept to completion, every little detail was meticulously thought out to create one of a kind designs for our homes. The entire BMID team is a joy to work with. I selfishly wish I could keep them in a box to work exclusively on our projects ! :-)

I was fortunate to be referred to Brianna for a full house renovation. As soon as she walked into the home that many would consider a tear-down, she saw how we could convert it into a stylish and warm home full of unique touches. Brianna is a true professional with great attention to detail, as well as a creative problem solver. She did a great job helping direct me and incorporating my style with her expertise. Brianna is AMAZING! I'm so thankful that I found Brianna. I tried a few other designers before her and nobody compares! She made our space come alive and we get many compliments. We recently had to sell our house and everyone that was shown the house complimented on the design. Brianna was able to pick up on my style and I loved everything she presented. I'm using her again on a huge remodel project in a different state. I wouldn't be doing a remodel without her. Not only is she really talented but she is professional, organized, easy to get along with and gets things done in a timely manner. I can't say enough great things about her, she is a gem of a designer.

Brianna is the best, our first house came out so perfect that when we bought a second home in Ft. Lauderdale we left everything up too her. We have met with other Designers’s and no one compares to her.

We hired BMID to provide design services (everything from ceiling details to paint colors to custom cabinetry, flooring, custom-designed gates and iron railing) for our new home build and were so impressed that we had her furnish our home as well. We get compliments every day from people who visit our home. They have never seen attention to detail as clear and cohesive as BMID's refreshing design and furnishing.

I find Brianna to be an exceptionally talented interior designer and a pleasure to work with. Every time we work together on a project or see her published work, I am amazed at the beauty of all her projects.

We are officially empty nesters! I discovered Brianna Michelle Interior Design online and was intrigued by her style; clean lines enhanced with texture, intriguing tile accents and lighting choices that were art pieces in themselves. She was able to seamlessly incorporate my eclectic artwork and antiques without compromising a modern and youthful aesthetic. Her attention to detail in both the way she manages her business and her design is very impressive and it made us feel very comfortable and confident that the project would be completed on time.
