About Us

Bromley Caldari Architects PC is an architecture and interiors firm based in New York City that combines exceptional design credentials and problem-solving abilities.
 Our firm has a track record of experience and success, particularly with luxury residences, commercial building renovations, and adaptive reuse projects. Since 1991, founders Scott Bromley and Jerry Caldari have brought together a team of architects, designers and technical professionals who possess a high level of expertise and intuition. We design everything from vacation homes to mixed-use buildings, we reposition existing properties, and we increase sustainability through urban agriculture. We bring to each of the assignments that we undertake the ability to work with our clients to identify, assess and achieve the goals of that particular project. Our award-winning work has been published in numerous magazines and journals all over the world.

 We are interested in solutions and responses that successfully resolve pertinent design, functional, and cost issues.

Wow! is the first word that comes to my mind when it comes to write this review. There are no words to describe how happy and satisfied my husband and I are with the work Bromley Caldari has done for us. The way our apartment was designed and the the way BC maximized the used of space it was genius! Everyone who walks into our apartment is mesmerized with its clean elegance and open space. Working with Jerry, Scott and Tyler was an absolute pleasure! They are easy to talk to, they truly understood our needs and the life style we wanted to create for our family, and helped us maintain our budget without compromising the quality of their work and the quality of the materials we chose. I could not imagine working with anyone else.
