When I get work done on my home, I want to know what to expect. I want to know the vision of the finished product, I want a realistic picture of what the work will cost, I want to know that my home and my family will be treated with respect. I want a fair price for work well done but I do not consider the lowest price to be the only criterion. I want quality work, quality fixtures, and people of good character working in my home. If any or all of these factors are important to you, please consider the craftmanship of Canadian Renovations. The work this company has done for me has been exceptional in both quality and value. This business is built on honesty and customer service. Dean and the Canadian Renovations team renovated our Vancouver condo and their fixed price contract provided total peace of mind. They have the proper credentials and get all the necessary permits. Dean made sure that everything met not only our expectations, but his high standards as the owner of the company. Canadian Renovations is a top notch business that comes highly recommended.

We had a disagreement as we were not satisfied with the progress. However, things have since been resolved so I will not go into anymore detail.

We had our two bathrooms completely remodeled in 2013. This involved asbestos removal, reinforcement of some subflooring, putting in new heated tile floors, new bathtub and shower, new sinks, new toilets, new cabinets, new lighting fixtures, new ceiling fans and ductwork, new mirrors, drywall, and paint. Everything was installed to the highest degree of workmanship - we are delighted with the result. We didn't choose the lowest quote - we chose Canadian Renovations because we thought they would do an excellent job for us, and they actually exceeded our expectations.
