Ed and his team of associates installed 32 windows. I was very pleased with the work and how the efficient they were. Ed estimated that it would take 3 days and they completed the job in two. I would recommend them and will call them the next time I I needed work around the house.

Ed Carolan and his team installed over 20 new windows in our home, insulated a sun room and put new gutters and a turn around parking pad in our home. All the work was very well done and Ed was regularly on site to address any concerns or questions we had. His crew was all very good, polite and professional. We had one issue with the color of a gutter cover was different than we'd expected and Ed had that crew come back and swap it out promptly. He also took the time to meet us at a stone works to select the proper pavers for the turn around. Highly recommend.

I hired Carolan to replace a roof and gutters and to rebuild and re-screen the outside walls of my porch. Additionally they fixed a window and provided new shutters. The team was extremely professional and did an excellent job. Ed, the owner, stopped by a number of times to check on the work, which was done in a timely fashion. Steve, who did a lot of the work, was particularly attentive and a pleasure to have work on my home.

I bought a house 3 years ago and I hired Carolan Contractors to replace the siding, and build a new deck they did a great job. Also this year they replacing 15 windows in my house to be more energy efficient. The whole team was professional. This was amazing to me, The pricing was competitive, and more importantly the quality. I would hire and recommend Carolan Contractors again for any needs.

I recently hired Carolan Contractors to replace my roof after seeing some leaks due to current storms. Had been receiving their mailings for years. I just never needed them. Well not only did they do a complete tear down of two previous layers, they also replaced my old roof with a beautiful new one! Ed, the owner, his son, and everyone who was associated with the installation, was prompt, professional, and courteous. To make a long story short, Carolan has since replaced my siding also in the same professional manner. They have also replaced the roof of a close friend and neighbor who saw my roof. I actually have to call him again for another friend who has seen his work! A+++++!

My wife and I recently bought a home and was looking to update the windows to be more energy efficient as well as remove old lead that had accumulated on them. After research several different companies to do the job, we selected Carolan Contractors and were not dissapointed. Ed came out and did a thorough walk through of our house, asked us questions we did not even think to ask ourselves, and guided us throughout the whole process. We were replacing all 20 of our windows, and in mid-November Ed and his team came out and was able to replace all of them in one day! The whole team was professional, took time to answer our questions, and did a great job keeping any lead out of our house as they were replacing the windows. This was amazing to us, and really came in handy since the next day we had our freak snowstorm in New Jersey. The pricing was competitive, and more importantly the quality was top notch. I would hire Carolan Contractors again for any needs - my wife and I are very satisfied customers!
