This contractor started out well, with clear and professional scopes of work and contracts. Once I paid them the deposit, the delayed responsiveness began. It became worse, and they missed every project milestone, did not live up to their contract, did not builld according to permitted architectural plans, delivered shabby workmanship, and were not responsive to emails in a timely manner. Phone calls to the CEO's number were unanswered, and his mailbox is full, making it impossible to leave a message. They eventually write long, verbose emails, full of apologies and empty promises that they didn't fulfill. They were paid timely, on demand. Their delivery was severely delayed, their workmanship poor, the client service is non-existent. The company seems to be a highly inefficient sub-standard operation. Debris was left on my front yard for 2 weeks. I had to shame them through several emails into removing the construction debris, according to City code. A contracting nightmare. Stay away, find another company. I could never recommend Castor Construction.

I hired Castor to replace a skylight. Castor was the most expensive of the contractors I contacted, but they were also responsive (the other four were not) and they did the work when they said they would. I would recommend them.

I had a big project with these people, and whole-heartedly recommend them. There were of course problems to be sorted out, which we did. The big strength they have for which I am grateful as a customer is that they continued work on my project without interruption, they didn’t disappear to cover other jobs as other contractors are known to do. Great job!!

Working with Castor Construction was a pleasure from beginning to end. They are utmost professionals and their main goal is delivering a product that is perfect. Even the tiniest detail was tended to with precision. They completed the job on budget and on time. They were courteous and respectful throughout the entire project and kept a clean workspace that did not interfere with our daily life.
