Very bad company. Took our deposit and with COVID we lost our jobs we need to drop the house. Never got our deposit back. Horrible company!!!

Be prepared to not receive the home you sign up for. Our home was not built to specs we were shown, from exterior, lot enclosure, and interior finishes. Be prepared for awful customer service and a lot of excuses. Customer satisfaction is not important to Touchstone. They are only worried about the bottom line profit in their pockets.
