CDS Builders and Joiners

CDS builders completely renovated our 1950's semi detached house. The upstairs was reconfigured to create a bigger bathroom and a chimney breast removed to make a more spacious bedroom. Downstairs three internal walls and a fireplace were removed to create open plan living and the garage converted to an integral part of the home as a utility room and second bathroom (wet room). CDS builders undertook all the work to a move in finish. CDS builders have done a fantastic job of our home. From first coming in to quote to throughout the job Darren, Callum and Jayse's work has been exemplary. I have been kept informed throughout. I requested a lot of changes and nothing was a problem. Any additional expense was discussed and agreed prior to the work been carried out. Everyone who comes in says "wow what a difference the house looks amazing". I couldn't be happier the conversion is exactly as I envisaged if not better. Attention to detail and finish is to to the highest standard. We are currently decorating will add complete finished photos at a later date. CDS builders are great to work with and I thoroughly recommend CDS.

CDS Builders completed a complete refurbishment of 3 of my flats to time and budget. In addition to this they also repaired and painted the windows on one of my properties. All works carried out were of the highest standards. CDS Builders kept me informed of progress on a regular basis and communication was excellent. I would highly recommend CDS if you want a professional job completed within budget and will definitely be using them for any future works required.
