Chase is a GEM! Working with him on designs is always a comfortable, creative, fun process. He collaborates with homeowners and builders, rather than barreling over their ideas, like I've seen some designers do. He is also highly talented and cost conscious. I've used him myself on a number of projects, and as a Realtor, I've referred him numerous times to my Buyers and Sellers. So far, everyone has been very pleased!

Chas is a gifted and very hands on architect. We purchased our house after the remodel was done. Yet Chas has been very, very helpful in answering our questions and helping us keep our home in the outstanding design condition we purchased. He is proof that there still are professionals that stand with their work and the property owners. I recommend him often.
