We worked with LuxeMark to design and install our kitchen and bathroom cabinets for our new house. Every aspect of this process was professional and they made everything so easy for us. From the design and placement, to picking out colors and knobs, to installing and implementing the project, they were so responsive and helpful. They did a beautiful job and we are so happy with the results! Through the build process, there are a few companies I would highly recommend because of the great job they have done. LuxeMark is one of those companies and Mike and Jim were exceptional to work with.!! I can't thank them enough for helping turn our new house a home we will enjoy for years to come!!

We bought a townhouse in Raleigh and wanted to add two cabinets in the kitchen. The townhouse was built in 2003 and we were afraid we would not be able to find the exact cabinets. i looked on line and found out that LuxeMark carried the same brand that we needed. I called and talked to Kristen. She asked me to send her a picture of what we needed and she responded immediately and said she had the cabinets. We went in that same day and told her what we wanted to do. She got us a reasonable quote quickly and she placed the order for the cabinets. This was over the Christmas holiday so we had to wait till after Christmas but that was fine. We had the cabinets installed the week after Christmas in one day. Everything was done professionally and efficiently. We love the cabinets and would definitely recommend Kristen and LuxeMark. It was a very easy experience.

LuxeMark provided the cabinetry for our kitchen overhaul a few years ago. Their work then was outstanding. Recently, we had an issue with some hinges and notwithstanding the time that had passed since the original installation, they did not hesitate to replace the hinges promptly and without charge. This is customer service par excellence! We unhesitatingly recommend LuxeMark for cabinetry needs.

We worked with LuxeMark after we had some major water damage to our old kitchen. They did an absolutly fantastic job taking us through all the decisions we had to make about cabinet styles, hardware, granite, and even helped use re-layout the replacement cabinets so we could better use the space in the kitchen. Their construction team did a fantastic job. We had some of the normal problems when you put in new cabinets like scratches and dings and they were so easy to work with to get all of them resolved. All we had to do was point out what we weren't happy with and they made it right. We love our new kitchen and would recommend LuxeMark to anyone looking to design and build a new kitchen.

LuxeMark was a pleasure to work with! They are extremely knowledgable about all the parts and pieces of the cabinetry business (and there are a lot!). My husband and I had them design the layout and supply the cabinetry for our kitchen remodel. We could not have been more pleased with how the entire process worked out. Their installer showed up when he was scheduled to (which often does not happen in the world of construction) and did an excellent job. I was amazed by what he was able to do to make everything work correctly, even when the walls, floor and ceiling in our old house were not perfectly level. We were very happy with the quality of the cabinetry and would highly recommend them for anyone looking for kitchen/bath design & cabinetry... you will not be disappointed!

LuxeMark is a wonderful vendor to work with! All of the homes we build are custom and the clients expect to have a say in all aspects of the building process. Chelsea & Mike make this part easy! The cabinetry they sell is very high quality and we are always pleased with their design and installation. They walk through every step of the process/options with us and our clients to make sure everyone is on the same page in terms of what the clients can expect. Our company builds in the Lake Gaston area (about 1.5 hours away from LuxeMark)... even though we are farther away than most all of their other clients, they still make it a priority to come to every job site to layout the kitchen/bathroom on-site prior to installation and then again after the job is completed to make sure everything is up to their high standards. We could not be happier with LuxeMark and would recommend them to any builder/homeowner looking for quality cabinetry.
