Where I grew up, there was always a wood shop, saws and tools turning raw wood into finished products. My dad started taking me out on jobs when I was 10 years old. Most floors are simple, straightforward, serviceable parts of the home, but you can customize a floor and make it into a work of art. That's my favorite thing to do. Everyone who works for me, both my crew and my estimators, have a great deal of confidence because of their experience, and because they really know our products. All our estimators have previously been installers and they know how the machines work. They are all certified floor mechanics, by the product manufacturers, the National Wood Flooring Association, and most importantly by me. We employ an uncommon sanding process that makes floors the smoothest and flattest you can ever find with state-of-the-art floor machines. Dustless system process is great but our crew is fantastic! They always leave the work area cleaner than before they begin work."
