I would love to leaving a great review, but sadly I can’t. 14 months since we signed the contract and finally got pool & hot tub semi-working. It’s not plumbed right (even after being done twice) but it’s working. This is just so sad to say after we paid soo much. It just got ridiculous, you having to beg to try get them out to finish. When we signed our contract the very latest everything was to be done was end of January, yes we had rain but not enough to delay until October. So many times we called, no answer, so many unanswered text, so many promises that someone was going to be there and we stay at home and then no one shows up and never a call saying they wouldn’t be there, we would call them would be told they’re not coming. Now I can say that the guys that did our concrete and the guys that did our stone work around hot tub were amazing, great work and always very polite, hard working and so very nice. But all the headaches, frustration and tears and not worth what we had to go through.

Liner install was a terrible experience. Ordered the end of March. Installed late July… and it was the wrong liner! A $400 credit was said all that was approved by the manufacturer- no consideration at all from Oasis. Excuse after excuse. Empty promises just to appease. Until I followed up repeatedly did things ever begin to move forward. Otherwise, I was left in the dark. Scheduling, credibility, and follow up was terrible. After all that, the simple faceplate for the intake was not installed, (excuse: out of stock) so I got one from Amazon 2 days later and installed it myself. Buyer be ware. There’s too many other dealers around to risk engaging in shenanigans with this outfit.

If you want an above ground pool that has no warranty, has a dent in the side, wrinkles in the liner, deep divots in the bottom (sand), leaky plumbing then by all means hire Oasis Pools. Our experience from the beginning has been nothing but a nightmare til this very day. We have been talked to and treated so rudely. We were made to communicate with a subcontractor that we didn't hire to remedy the dent in the side of our pool. We were told on many occasions how rude and demanding we were for just wanting our pool repaired. Our pool is still dented and will be because it cannot be repaired however they wanted us to pay full price for our pool. This week the plumbing started leaking. I reached out to Caroline and was told to "call Aqua Blue pools in Greenville, they have a great service group." We are out a large amount of money for a pool that may or may not be usable tomorrow with no warranty or recourse. I can't emphasize enough DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

The owner and staff have a real can do attitude and though not a large storefront, they know pool equipment and pools. Very friendly and sell you what you need without pressure cooker tactics. We inherited an AGP with our house that was neglected for almost two years, when face with the need for a new Hayward filter E-series handle housing, rather than sell me it plus an additional unneeded part that was attached, she handed me a phillips head and said "if you can get them separated, i sell you the part you need.". i'm fixing my own pool's plumbing and equipment and appreciated the straightforward, no nonsense ethic. The price wasn't any different than ordering the part with shipping, and with part in hand, I was confident that All the essentials were included and new i.e. O-ring, spider gasket. Only recommendation would be to offer Taylor water quality test kits for residential and commercial uses.
