Val Toland built my pool in 2012 and built it solid. He Knows pool building inside and out and understands customer service. The day of the Napa earthquake, my cover was underwater and he sent someone 6h away to come same day, pool my cover out and when I told him I might not have power, he sent his son with a generator. Amazing.
