I wish we'd never gone with Countryside. Their quality and attention to detail is poor. Makes you wonder if they have trouble finding qualified people to build them. The doors hang wonky and no amount of adjusting them fixes the problem. The biggest issue with is that handles on adjacent doors are not parallel to each other. We've measured over and over and each was installed the same distance from the bottom and the opening of the door, but because the doors hang differently, they don't line up. The drawers are an even bigger disappointment. A bank of drawers should appear evenly spaced and there should be a straight line from the outer edge of the top drawer to the outer edge of the bottom drawer. Instead there are subtle differences between each drawer that will drive you crazy. Our 2-tray flatware drawer that we initially loved has come off its track and now it is unusable. We're told it can be fixed, but will it stay fixed? Having spent well over $40K for these cabinets, I expected more.

These cabinets are a huge disappointment. We built a brand new house and unfortunately the quality of these cabinets take away from our otherwise gorgeous kitchen. The drawers are especially terrible. There is only one screw holding each side of the drawer glides in place and it is in the front. There is only a peg at the back of the glide so the drawers can move left and right if you aren't careful. There also isn't much space for the drawers between the brackets holding the glides in place resulting in the metal brackets scratching the drawers to heck on the sides if they aren't pushed in just right. We also have a drawer with a built in spice rack. The single peg is no match for this heavy drawer. If we're not careful the rear peg gets pulled out and the drawer falls. They're truly awful and there isn't much our contractor can do to improve them. One of the carpenters came back to try and adjust them and essentially told me they were low quality and it is what is it is. My blood boils every time I open a drawer.

We build a luxury home and these cabinets should not be installed in a luxury home - we could have afforded better but were not informed that these were entry-level cabinets. We assumed the designer would use quality cabinets. Our mistake, I guess. The cabinets with doors are fine (so far.) However, most of the drawers scrape when operated. I had our installer check and there is no ability to adjust the drawer sideways. Incredibly disappointing. I am angry every time I open a drawer and will have to live with this for many years. I called the company and of course they were no help. Stay away from this company!!

I had countryside cabinets installed. The hinges on the louvered corner doors failed—the metal sheared away. This has happened every 2 years like clockwork—just had 3rd failure last month. Countryside replaced the hinges the first 2 times. Now they won’t respond to my multiple attempts to reach them. After 12,000+ invested in the kitchen I think the cabinets should last more than 8 years.

We built a new house. The cabinets throughout the house started peeling. Countryside and our builder looked at them and said that something must have been put on them. I told them that nothing was… we had a cleaning lady who only used natural products. They decided that she used vinegar on the cabinets. She did not. She didn’t wash down the cabinets. She didn’t touch them. No one did. I had a couple experts look at the cabinets and I was told that it looked like the temperature got too cold during the staining process. The pictures attached are from 3.5 years ago when our house was 3 years old. Countryside said they would replace 6 doors. I told them that I was not satisfied with that answer since the doors are not the only issue. They said that is all they are willing to do.

As a designer that works with Countryside cabinets I appreciate how accommodating and flexible they are as a company. The are willing to go the extra mile to serve their vendors, and stand behind their product should any issues arise. Their cabinets are a great value and very versatile so they can be used in just about any project, regardless of style and budget.

As a kitchen designer with 20+ years experience, I've had opportunity to sell various brands. Countryside is by far the best value for the money, with THE best, most professional customer service team. They are considered a "stock" company, but every kitchen I sell looks custom. I love partnering with Countryside on my projects~

I have been dealing with countryside cabinetry for a little over a year now and they are amazing. As a dealer based out of Chicagoland area, I have the option to sell any one of the over 1000 registered cabinet manufacturers in the United States but I choose Countryside for numerous reasons.
1 the customer service is amazing. In the world of construction many things can go wrong in a blink of an eye, and with so many people on a single site, the blame game is never ending. Countryside understands that. I've never had an issue I couldn't resolve immediately. Even on the most custom items, the replacement orders turn around time are fast, and the product is of great quality.
2 the product, for the price of these cabinets you can compare them to just about the anyone in the market yet I've found their prices to be most affordable. My clients on average save over 20-30% on countryside compared to the other brands found in high end boutiques and big box stores.
I hope I can continue to do great things with countryside. By far one of the best companies to partner with.

Very happy with how the cabinets came out. I am a designer and I put these in my own house in the kitchen and bathroom. Countryside cabinets are truly a great value, as the price point is ultra competitive, which made me apprehensive at first, but after installing them myself and seeing the little things, like the modified full overlay for crown install and larger mounting strips, I feel incredibly comfortable selling them to any house that is valued at $80,000-$400,000 depending on average home values
Here's how I came up with the 5 star valuation:
- Logic: Quality of cabinet vs price point.
- How to truly rate cabinets:
1. Solid content of finish, the clear layer over the stain or paint
- Countrysides finish I would rate as average overall, not super thick, but there is a reliable layer down
2. Cabinet options:
- Countryside does have a variety of door styles and has the standard 5 wood species.
- They do offer the 37" upper cabinet for above fridge standard
- Pick your hinge options and drawer box options
- Overlay doesn't affect the price
- They do full overlay, modified full overlay, and standard, all same price
- They have a decent amount of cabinet accessories standard,
3. Shipping
- 3-4 weeks out on stains
- 6 weeks out on Paints roughly
4. Price point
- Excellent, really competitive
- Things that could be added:
- Countryside doesn't have a pots and pans roll out for a 24" base cabinet as a standard option, but could easily be bought from most hardware distributors (I did).

I am a kitchen and bath designer who has been supplying Countryside cabinets for my clients for about 2 years now. I can not express how fantastic the customer service team is there, and Can't forget, my sales rep Todd he will always go above and beyond his duties to make sure our company and builders are happy in the end. He has always make sure I'm up to date on new Products, SKU's, colors etc. They have a great team at Countryside, and I'm happy to be a part of that! Keep up the great work!

I recently started purchasing Countryside Cabinets for my kitchen renovations, new home construction, and other projects and I am very happy with them. My clients have lots of affordable door styles to choose from and a vast selection of stains and paints to choose from for their finishes. They have a good lead time for a semi-custom line and when I've needed to order an extra filler or touch-up kit, it doesn't take forever to get those extra parts and pieces which helps me wrap up the work on job sites. The customizations I can do on cabinetry at this price point is fantastic and something I'm not able to do with other affordable custom lines. I recommend Countryside Cabinets to all my current clients.
