About Us

Creative Remodeling of Orlando was formed in 2006. CRO is the preferred remodeler for James Hardie and has completed hundreds of projects for exterior remodeling. All of our workers are trained, skilled craftsmen with many years of experience. We pride ourselves on our excellent staff of courteous, hardworking and tidy professionals. Our workers all have the “Seal of Approval” and have been background checked and carry I.D. to identify themselves. Once we begin a project, we stay on it until completion. Each job is overseen by either the owner or a foreman. We communicate daily with our customers to ensure that you know how your project is developing. Upon completion of the project, we like to do a walk-through with you, making sure we have performed and created the remodel to your satisfaction. Exceptional in every way. They take pleasure in doing a professional job. These folks set a very high standard for themselves. We were delighted with the results.

CRO replaced the windows in our home in 2012. Overall, the work was very good with some very minor follow-up which they rectified at the time. My hesitation to give a higher rating is in the post-completion responsiveness of the company. Having spent over $9000 with this company and paying promptly, as agreed led me to consider them for a recent project. They don't seem to have time or interest in future business. I offer this as a cautionary statement since I would assume that their motivation for additional business would be greater than if someone were asking for follow-up on any problem experienced. In that case, I don't know what one could expect.

I was looking for a contractor who could install Hardee Plank Siding on my home and this was one of the companies that was recommended by the manufacturer. After working with them I can see why, I couldn't be happier with this company. They are located in Longwood and my home is in Brevard County, they always showed up bright and early when they said they would and the work they did was superb. The workers were polite and respectful and they cleaned up when they were done each night. I have other work that needs done and when I am able to fit it in my budget I will have them do the work. I highly recommend them and as I stated will not hesitate to use them for any project I have. If you are looking for a contractor who shows up when they say they will, does the job in a professional manner and is fair when it comes to pricing...give them a call.
