I am writing this note to express my gratitude and thanks for a job well done by your company. A new roof on one’s home can be a stressful experience if one has not been though it in the past. I must say, from the first contact with Crown by Jordan Ross, the experience was exceptional. Jordan was thoughtful and sensitive to my concerns and realistically set my expectations. I went through the exercise of getting 6 quotes, Crown was not the cheapest but in the end was worth the extra money based on the professionalism, quality of work, thoroughness and follow up I received through the entire process. Jordan was the only one to sit down with me, explain the condition of our roof, and to walk me through the process of a new roof from removal to warranty certification. If it wasn’t for the effort Jordan put in, I can say I would not have made the decision to go with Crown. I have to say I did not regret my decision. Norm Bradley our Project Manager who showed up at my door on start-up day 25 min earlier than expected was a pleasure to work with. He also spent the time walking me through the process of what would happen when, and how long they would be. He was attentive to our project and was on top of the work at all times. The crew who worked on our house also deserves commendation, our house was one of the last homes in our cul-de-sac over the past 2 years to receive a new roof, and by far your crew were the most professional, respectful and polite crew we have watched. They were a pleasure to deal with, and also very attentive to our questions and attention to their work. They went above and beyond the work expected and their attention to detail was impressive. Clean up was impressive and I was hard pressed to find any indication our old roof had been torn off around our home after completion. The experience has been pleasant

I had a new roof put on my house this past April. Crown provided me with a very competitive offer and the best warranty I have seen (50 years transferable), so I can rest assured that I won't be ever replacing my roof again. The crew completed the job on time, professionally and the clean up was very thorough. I would highly recommend Crown Roofing to anyone looking for a new roof.
