We are disappointed in our 4 seasons room. We have had water leaks ever since it was installed. I have called them twice and both times their answering service answered the call. I was told that the message would be relayed to the store but I have never received a phone call back from them. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend this company for any type of service or product
