On October 10,2017 I came to this store to ask for a quote to custom make a cushion for my bay window. The female employee there never acknowledged my existence even as I stood in her line of sight waiting to be ask how she could help. After waiting a minute and seeing she wasn't going to say anything i ask for a quote on the work. She rolled her eyes said nothing and grabbed a binder and threw it on the table. She immediately got distracted and walked away once again without saying anything. I had a template for the item i wanted made so I went to go get it out of the car while i was being ignored anyway. Upon returning with the template the employee was on the phone yelling at another customer. It was clear she was sick and shouldn't be at work, but came in anyway. After she was done yelling at the person on the phone someone else came in and she ignored me again and starting assisting them with the same eye rolling and yelling at them. I then began to have questions asked to me by the male employee whom I assume is the owner. He explained how i needed a couple thing i didn't have and then quoted me a price, I think, I couldn't really understand what he said. While this happened the female employee got another call and yelled at that customer as well as another customer coming in to interrupt my quote and information I was requesting. They can't seem to stick to one thing and are easily overwhelmed. At this point I didn't really care what the quote was there was a clear lack of understanding about how someone in a customer service based business should treat customers so I had decided to go elsewhere. As I was gathering up my stuff I said thank you for your opinion I'll figure something else out. It was at this time that the male employee started yelling at me saying they were the best in town, nowhere else is better. So I said I'm feeling a bit uncomfortable here and haven't been treated right your employee has yelled at two customers on the phone and yelled at you and doesn't seem interested in helping anyone, I will just go elsewhere. The whole time I am explaining this to him he continues to yell over me saying she wasn't yelling she wasn't yelling. As I gather my stuff to leave he moves to physically block me from leaving. There is a small path from where the cutting table is to the exit and he blocked that area. He continued yelling at me and told me I needed to calm down, which is weird because I wasn't saying anything and only trying to leave the store. His disrespectful unprofessional behavior was reprehensible but, his try to intimidate me by physically blocking my exit from his store is completely unacceptable and a violation of my rights as a consumer. I don't know what he was trying to accomplish by doing that, but all it accomplished was for me to inform those future potential customers to stay away.
