We are a full service remodeling company serving residential customers in Northern Virginia. We specialize in full size renovations of kitchens, bathrooms and basements. Working mostly with interior designers we learned perfection and attention to detail at every step.

We had our master bath remodeled in 2018 and the quality of workmanship was a challenge throughout the project. They didn’t initially want to pull permits until my husband forced them to, and it’s a good thing we did. The inspectors found plumbing that would have led to major issues if not corrected. They even refused to coordinate the final inspection and skipped out before final payment. The patch work they did on our subfloor has since caused the floor tiles to wobble, crack and grout to come loose. We also forced them to repaint with a more water resistant paint as it started to bubble and peel, and continues to do so. We’ve also have a door frame molding that was installed crooked and other issues with cracked caulk. Buyer Beware.

Dan and his team were professional, on time, and exhibited fantastic work. The very minor follow up items that were needed were attended to promptly. Daniel and his team did a wonderful job on our master bath. From the first day gutting the entire bath to the last day finishing up all the last details, the team was helpful and professional. Having design help was a must, as it just isn't something I'd be able to do myself. The work is beautiful and we've have several compliments since finishing up. A few additional tweaks - like an extra recess niche, deepening the shower seat, and changing up the lighting all were done without drama - always nice on a big project. Daniel checks on his team throughout the project and is always available and responsive to questions. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, hard working team to assist you in designing and completing a major project in your home. We're very pleased!

XPR turned our 1980s Master bathroom into a world of relaxation! The workman showed great craftmanship in their attention to details in the tile work, molding, unique lighting, and paint. They completed the work on time and within the original budget. Following the Master, they transformed a basement disaster bathroom and the hall bath into friendly, updated bathrooms. Daniel is easy to work with and he checks the work of his employees. He wanted to make sure that we were happy throughout the process. We would hire this team again!

Xtreme Painting & Remodeling, LLC did an amazing job remodeling my entire kitchen, including changing the entire floor plan, removing walls, installing all new lighting system, brand new cabinets, countertops, tiles and sink. The results exceeded my expectation. Not only were the results beautiful, but the consultation and service from the staff made the process very smooth and less stressful. Daniel, the owner was very responsive and thorough and asked all the right questions. We had an in-depth conversation, so I knew exactly what to expect. There were absolutely no surprises. They showed up on time and were very professional and did it very neatly, professionally, and beautifully. This was not an easy job, but Daniel’s team really came through. I was very happy with the results and I have received many compliments on my kitchen. It looks gorgeous and exactly what I wanted. I would highly recommend Xtreme Painting & Remodeling, LLC and plan to use them for our future projects!!!

Daniel and his team are absolutely amazing! They exceed our expectations in every way. They made sure to complete the job to our desired expectations and came back on multiple occasions once the job was finished to complete touch up work per our request. They did such beautiful work in our kitchen and master bath renovations that we then hired XPR to expand and remodel my office (commercial space). How does one properly extol the best contracting experience he's ever had? I don't know, but Dan and his team certainly delivered it when I decided to remodel my kitchen and first floor. I am the envy of my neighborhood thanks to the remarkable job they did on my Reston townhouse by the water. First, it's great to have one throat to choke on a complete demolition and remodeling of an entire floor of the house. Dan Jasinski and his crew at XPR (shout-out to Gustavo and Sidney!) made me feel that there was nothing I ever needed to worry about. This was a huge job done with no drama whatsoever and the small glitches that inevitably came up were handled immediately and with expert professionalism. Their coordination and efficiency has to be seen to be believed. I was given an estimate of seven weeks to complete the job and they literally left on the last day of the seventh week, never once missing a day of work for lack of materials, cabinets, flooring, or any other reason. I have recommended them to all of my neighbors looking to upgrade their homes and they will definitely be back to work on any and all future renovations at my house now that I have found them.

I have hired Daniel and his crews off and on for the past 15 years. He is dependable, fair, and the work product - hiccups to be expected - always ends up as expected. He had some trouble in the past, using sub-par painting subcontractors - but he was able to redress the issues and make it right. I have used this company to perform heavy duty work on my 100+ yo house- not a small feat, since the work has to be done in a particular way, to abide by both historical board requirements, as well as to ensure a historically-appropriate solution. They are a great overall crew to work with, hard working, clean up the site every day, and overall, trustworthy and fair in pricing. If you are looking for a cheap, slap job, this is NOT the crew for you. They do good work, and their price reflects it. I would work with them again, in a heartbit!

I have worked with a few other contractors and Dan and his team have by far been the best to work with! He gave us honest feedback and input, never trying to up sell beyond our comfort level. He and his team were professional and friendly. They were also very clean in the sense of cleaning up after themselves each day, never leaving garbage or debris anywhere. Our project was finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend!

Commented: Great use of space.Yes. All utilities are located behind appliances. At least top unit has to be pulled out in order to gain access to them.

Commented: What are the room dimensions ?How many feet/inch the vault go up?The room is roughly 15x12'. Walls are 8' high but vault goes up another 3 feet to highest point.
