Bentley Homes engaged Harvan Design on behalf of our client to provide all the dual occupancy documentation, designs & submissions for a project in the inner South East. The design work was completed quickly, working well within the budget that had been set and definitely maximised the available space on site with a modern design that got through Council without issue. The client, having sold one of the townhouses off the plan for a price above his expectations was certainly very happy so this was a successful project for both client and builder.
