David Berridge Architect

We hired David to make some preliminary drawings for some projects outlined for our space. He presented ideas way too far outside of the scope of what we asked. In addition, his $500 drawings were parchment paper sketches we could have done ourselves or hired a architect student. When we shared our disappointment, he attacked us by telling us we did not understand the 'importance of cost effectiveness.' My husband and I are both successful business owners who clearly understand both managing costs and exceeding clients' expectations.
