If I could give no stars, I would. Immediately charged my credit card. My first couple of inquiries were answered with lies (Backordered, sometime next week). This unscrupulous company’s recorded phone message states, “have a blessed day.” Such audacity!

Do not use this company. I placed an order in May of 2023 and paid for and is now December 2023 and still waiting for delivery. Company does not answer phone nor email messages.

This company several years ago was reliable and had a great product. The treads are still in use. However, when we ordered for our new home the end of June 2023 we are still awaiting delivery late September. They no longer answer the phone, email nor have room for messages on their phone system. Chat did not function on website last time I tried. What a shame that such a formerly great company has come to this. We are not holding our breath for either delivery or a refund of over $500.00 U.S.

Do not buy from this company. I purchase stair treads from them more than a month ago and have yet to receive them. I was charged $499 the same day as ordered and when I look up order status, they still have not shipped. After multiple calls that went directly to voicemail and several emails that received no reply, I have had to file a dispute claim with my credit card company and also have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Today, I looked up the company on Google Reviews and found that many customers have had similar experiences. I wish I had read these reviews before I placed an order.

Ordered stair treads on Jan 29, 2023. Kept getting delayed delivery dates and finally they stopped answering telephone. They didn’t respond to chat or emails.

Great product at first, we loved it for a couple of years, until you try to remove and see it all peeling off its back on your new hardwood floor. Reaching out customer service is useless, they blame you instead of check what's wrong with their product. Don't waste $200+ of your money on this company, you will regret in a few years

The stair treads are perfect - they really stay in place, protecting the stairs and the people too! Our dogs are happy with them.

This company took my money and ran. Promised me my rugs with a week. Never received them. When I called to ask three weeks later, they said they needed to order them? I cancelled my order and the older lady got mad and hung up on me. I called back and she said she would ask the owner to do it, then hung up on me again. I called the next day and she said the same thing. Never heard from them again. Had to call and dispute it on my credit card. Beware!

The product quality was excellent. I initially had an issue with a shipping problem, but the problem was addressed to my satisfaction.

I had a very bad experience with this seller. I found him Untrustworthy and unaccountable. I don't recommend this seller to anyone.
