We are thrilled with how Décor Eleven pulled everything together in staging our home for sale. After discussing their professional assessment at our first meeting, we had a clear vision of a brighter, more comfortable space with open sight lines that would show our home to its best advantage. We decided to rely on their expertise, changing our overhead canned lighting to LEDs, painting three rooms, and consigning some of our larger pieces of furniture before proceeding. A few days afterward, Décor Eleven staged our home with furnishings from their warehouse stock. This included updated sofas, chairs, and tables complemented with multiple unique decorative touches. The resulting on-trend design was even more than we expected—light, bright, open, and welcoming. We received an offer the first day we showed it and two more before our open house the following weekend. Shortly before escrow closed, they removed all the staging in one day. What a team we had in Joanie and Catie of Décor Eleven, who made this happen so quickly, helping us sell for the highest price to date in Point Del Mar. We appreciate their design talent, organizational skills, and patience with us while we learned about effective staging. It was an amazing experience.

Unbelievable staging by these ladies. This home was staged for 3 months by another stager and received one low offer.
