I should I've read the reviews before ordering. Worst CX services ever!!! They keep saying that they will call back but never did once. After nearly 2 months, I never got the product I paid for and when asking for a refund... guess what? NO FOLLOW UP and NO REFUNDS!!

I ordered two items from this vendor. They shipped one item and out of stock on the second. Called for 2 months to get a status and every time they stated they would call me back. They never did call me back. Finally gave me a refund and shorted the refund by $50. I called again and they said they would fix and NEVER fixed. I am tired to dealing with them.

I ordered a Towel bar from decorisland because mine had broken my towel has just been sitting in a little hook and I was really getting lazy in getting a new one. So I ordered this towel bar from decor because well for the most part they had really cheap pricing compare to other sites. The salesman was really nice and answered all of my questions correctly and was very patient. I really enjoyed the entire transaction and will buy more items in the future thank you decor.

I ordered a Santiflo Pump in a white finish and it was everything that was promised to me. Shipping was good and the communication was really good between myself and the shipping department. The costumer service rep really answered my questions well and was very courteous. My pump came right on time and works great in my bathroom. Will do more business with decorisland in the future.
