I hope to keep this short :). My husband and I were ready to remodel our living room, dining room, kitchen and front porch. We had a contractor we loved but this project was going to be HUGE. I remembered a women I knew in my past who was working on becoming an interior decorator, Wendy. We gave her a call and set up a meeting, we liked her ideas and ways right from the start. "Hired". We have not regretted our decision since. Wendy has been professional, understanding, patient and most of all FUN to work with. Along the way she helped with small decorating ideas. Since then we have hired her for our next project. Our project now was something she has not done, she has taken this on with true colours!!! I would highly recommend Wendy for any big or small design you are looking for. Believe me when I say my husband is very picky and he is very happy with what she has done. I was desperate to sell my home and called Wendy to help me create a design and staging that would sell my house. She delivered such a beautiful package that I didn't want to sell my house after she was done. After staging my house for theee months we sold our home for more than our hoped for price. I will be the first to admit that I know nothing about decorating. I have been telling my husband for several years that I would love for someone to come in and just make this house feel warm and inviting. Our ranch style home has an open floor concept that makes it problematical on where to place the furniture and no matter what I tried to do with the accessories it just never worked. So when I saw a special that Wendy was running I decided now was the time to do it. Best decision I ever made. My original plan was to have Wendy come in and just do the room makeover but after we spent some time talking I knew I wanted (and needed) her to do more. Wendy not only asked many questions on what we liked and what we didn’t like, she listened. When I came home after work the following week and walked into my newly redesigned living area I was blown away. Not only did I have beautiful new rugs and accessories but I felt like I was in a new house. It was amazing to see how she transformed the accessories we already had but also how she used them in a new distinctive way. Wendy is very outgoing and friendly and just a pleasure to work with. She is reliable and arrived and completed the job within the time frame that she told us. She has impressive taste, her prices are reasonable and she is a very talented designer. I would recommend Wendy to any one of my friends and look forward to working with her again.

I hired Wendy to design a plan for my family room. The room is large with a wonderful wall of windows, but that also makes furniture placement a challenge! Wendy developed two different floor plans for me, and I couldn't believe what a difference just moving around my existing furniture made! Wow! To really make the room sing, though, Wendy gave me specific suggestions for furniture pieces, accessories, and color choices for the future. I am thrilled to have this plan because I love to find pieces when I travel or at flea markets or consignment shops, and having a game plan will ensure everything works together. I was so impressed, I hired Wendy to do the same for my office and dining room! Wendy is warm and engaging, has a great eye, and made suggestions that fit within my budget. I'd never really considered hiring a designer before, but Wendy's fees were reasonable and I imagine I'll save at least that much not buying things that are all wrong for my space! I'm excited that Wendy will help me create the warm, inviting home I'd like for my family.

Working with Wendy and Details was great! I really felt that Wendy asked questions to fully understand what I was looking for in my design and how I see and use the rooms in my home and the results are rooms that look fantastic and function exactly as I and my family had expected. After moving from a home into a smaller condo, I needed some help decorating. The excellent services that "Details" provided were the answer. The process was easy and absolutely painless. Using much of my own furniture and accessories also made it very inexpensive. I was very pleased with Wendy's professional and creative approach. It was a fabulous experience and I have recommended this company to several others . Perhaps I can convince her to do the same for me in FL next Winter?
