From beginning to end, DFW improved took care of us with our half home renovation. Gabi helped us put our vision on paper, Tiffany helped us bring our design finishes to life, and Klif was a great project manager along the way. Everybody we encountered throughout each phase couldn’t have been more timely, detailed, and respectful. Guillermo, Victor, Elvis, Juan did great quality work and blew us away with every piece they each handled. Thank you to DFW improved for making this a fabulous process!

Zander was great to work with. The first installer of the TV didn't believe it would hold the TV and Zander was more then happy to assist if needed.

We decided to add a screened porch to our existing home and a linear fireplace in the den. Our successful DFW experience building a screened porch 10 years ago convinced us to call them once again. We are pleased to say that their architectural planning, choice of contractors and guidance with products resulted in another beautiful porch. The fireplace installation went smoothly. DFW improved did a remodel for me after my house flooded from a leak in the guest bath. I can't say enough about how excellent and thorough Josh and his crew were during my renovation. Josh always kept me informed, asked all the right questions, and found and fixed little things I may have missed. That was truly appreciated. He came back to my home as often as needed to ensure everything was done to expectations. He was professional and knowledgeable and my home looks great! Our project manager Luis all around great job. 1. Responsive - Our project had some unforeseen hiccups, and he kept a consistent stream of communication with us at all times. 2. Consultative - As unforeseen issues came up our project manager worked to bring ideas to the forefront to mitigate said issues. 3. Execution - Overall we have complete that our bathroom will meet our needs going forward!

Great company to work with. We had an upstairs supply line to toilet break in July and flood our home. Lots of sheetrock damage, base boards, hardwood floors, cabinets. Heath O'Bier was on sight the very next day to access and advise of the repairs that would be needed. We had a battle with Allstate on getting our home back like it was before the damage. Heath went over and above getting the adjustors to finally approve all the necessary repairs. Shane Harvey was our project manager and he and his crew did an excellent job on all the repairs needed and Shane kept us informed at all times as to when and what would happen. They started and completed the job on schedule and got us back into our home with all the repairs looking great. We would highly recommend DFW Improved for any job you are needing in your home.

We highly recommend DFW Improved for all your home remodeling and constructions projects. We just completed a major project that started with a major water damage to our entire first floor. DFW Improved was there for us from day 1, referring a water remediation company, interfacing with our insurance provider, design and estimation, through construction. The team of Gabi, Heath and Josh were top notch as were all the workers that got the work done professionally. Josh worked tirelessly throughout the project, communicating expectations for the coming week/ day, and ensuring that everything got done as we envisioned and was responsive to all our needs. His attention to detail was above and beyond and the overall project got done on time with quality.

We contracted with DFW Improved to do a major remodeling of our first floor (including the kitchen, eating area, butler’s pantry, family room, laundry room and three bathrooms). From our first contact with Juan in Sales, to the designer Tiffany, the project manager Todd and all of the subcontractors, our experience was outstanding. Todd was terrific in managing the process and made sure that all of the work was completed to our satisfaction. DFW is professional, organized, and thorough. They completed the job in the time frame that was told to us at the beginning of the project, and on budget. In the future, I would not hesitate to hire DFW Improved again.

We worked with DFW Improved to completely gut, redesign and build our master bathroom and the experience can only be described as sensational! Having never tackled a project this big, we were cautious in deciding who we wanted to work with. However, it was clear from our first in-home meeting with Debra Fitzhugh that the team not only values quality, but also establishing genuine connection and trust with their clients. We had several meetings with Debra to discuss design options for our bathroom redesign. The original layout was extremely cramped, with two non-functional built-in closet rooms taking up the bulk of the already small space. We got the opportunity to brainstorm with Debra about possible solutions. Accounting for our wants and needs, she drew up three new layouts for us to review, clearly breaking down the price of each. By the time we made our design decisions, we were fully informed about the construction process, who we’d be working with, and price/schedule estimates. DFW Improved wants you to feel confident and impowered before making any decision. We next met with Sarah Davis in the showroom to select materials for our bathroom. We had a general idea of what we wanted, but it was Sarah’s mastery of color, texture, and design that helped us make creative and decisive decisions. Her extensive experience with materials allowed her to take our nebulous ideas and create something that worked within our price point. Additionally, upon discovering that the tile we had chosen was on backorder, she coordinated with us and the vendor to get us new tile that still beautifully matched with our design schematic. As our project manager, we spent the most time with Shane Harvey, who exceeded expectations for us at every step. He was in constant communication with us and checked in on our project daily, most times in person. Whenever there was a new contractor in our house, he was there to introduce us to them, align them with our vision, and make sure everyone had what they needed to stay on schedule. If we had questions or concerns about what was happening with our reno, he would happily provide insight and solutions. We learned a lot about the construction process from our frequent conversations with him. It was clear throughout that Shane’s priority was getting our project done and quickly as possible without cutting any corners in terms of craftsmanship. Beyond the exceptional professionalism, the entire team put forth effort to get to know us personally. For example, Debra noticed that I didn’t have space to store my clothing during the reno and leant me her own clothing racks for me to use during the project. We truly consider each of them friends. Overall, I would recommend DFW Improved to anyone who wants a superior experience at every step in the process. If you are looking for a team that will work WITH you to execute your vision, these are your people. We are looking forward to our next project with them!

Five Stars don't even begin to explain the competence of Josh Merrill and his crews at DFW Improved! Everything a homeowner wants from a company doing a renovation in their home... Explanations of just what and when things are going to happen, daily communication about pertinent tasks or issues that occur, clean workplace and courteous workers, and the job done correctly, beautifully and on time! I do highly recommend Josh and DFW Improved for any renovation project that you may have or be considering. Josh continues to follow up on our continued satisfaction with the new bathroom, wanting to know if there is anything we noticed after the project was completed that could be rectified or modified. We haven't had any problems with anything, but it is nice to know that he has our back! We have used DFW Improved many times for our home projects and we have always been happy with the results. Our latest project was refreshing the kitchen cabinets with new paint and new cabinet doors. DFW Improved did an AMAZING job with our hall bathroom. We knew we wanted to remove the tiny tub/shower and flip the layout to incorporate a large shower. We found a patterned floor tile and let DFW Improved get to work. The Design team (Sarah, Tiffany & Jodi) walked us through selections that complimented our ideas. Josh, our project manager, stepped in to take that design from paper to reality. Josh was great at communicating through out the entire process and keeping the project on schedule. From the very beginning Todd guided our project with the highest level of professionalism. He is the best at his job; kind, patient, thoughtful and knows his line of work and all involved. That makes for a project to come through with the highest satisfaction. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome of our project. Did we have some concerns along the project? Sure. I feel every project is bound to have some, but Todd always reassured us the issue will be corrected and taken care of and it always was. Josh Merrill (DFW Improved Project Manager) did an outstanding job from the proposal process of our kitchen renovation to completion. He was very responsive and personally checked in several times during the work being completed. Unlike the other providers that we solicited bids from, Josh was very proactive with ideas on how we can manage our costs in attaining certain appliances and supplies separately. He was very quick to address any issues we had along the way. In our 28 years of dealing with 4 separate major house project renovations in 4 different cities, this was by far the best customer service and quality work (great attention to detail on all work performed) that we have ever experienced! He will be our "go to" on all future major renovation projects!

Working with Gabi and Todd was like a dream come true! They both understood my vision and gave the best suggestions! The communication and punctuality was on point! My kitchen turned out exactly how I imagined it and more! I’m really looking forward to working with them in the future!

DFW Improved did an excellent and thorough job of remodeling our master bathroom. Ryan Haugen evaluated all that needed to be done and created a detailed contract that specified the tasks with overall cost. Their designer Sarah was very helpful in picking out the materials at their well-stocked showroom. Project manager Shane Harvey communicated well and stayed on top of the remodel and the staff to make sure it was all done per the contract and a provided schedule. Their skilled workers removed the tile floor, drywall, toilet, shower, bathtub, vanity. All were replaced with excellent workmanship (tile work, flooring, sealing, painting, plumbing, etc.). They also replaced drywall and repainted areas that had been damaged by a water leak that had nothing to do with the remodel as well as my office ceiling. The job was rather pricey, but it was a huge remodel that was done very skillfully and with great workmanship.

DFW Improves was recommended by a friend of ours, and we will be recommending them to others. They worked with us on our kitchen upgrade right away. Shane and Sharmaine stayed with the project until it was completed. Issues, and there are always issues, were handled immediately, professionally and required our approval. Work required demolition and preparation staff, electricians, plumbers, tiles installers and painters. Efforts by Rogelio (Roger), Juan and all the other contractors was outstanding. The results were better than my wife expected. We have other work that needs to be done, and DFW Improves will doing that work as well.

Todd and Garrett exceeded my expectations. Very professional and adapted to new ideas as the project moved forward expeditiously. I have been contracting with DFW Improved for at least 10 years and have never been disappointed. Great company and staff that does impeccable work.

DFW completed a master shower with repairs and installed a new master toilet for us that exceeded expectations. Garrett Lambert assessed and provided solutions to our shower leak. He listened to my concerns and understood that we wanted a new shower that was built correctly and better. Garrett explained how they build better and gave us a fair and thorough bid, in range of our budget. Garrett always promptly answered multiple rounds of questions thoroughly and without hesitation. Garrett’s explanations gave us confidence in DFW. Sarah Davis helped us select materials for our shower, reviewed my ideas, and obtained samples for us from their vendor that was just released and not available in the showroom because I saw it online and had to see it- it was perfect for our shower. We felt her guidance and feedback was valuable in achieving a timeless and cohesive reno. Shane Harvey, is a fantastic project manager. He communicated frequently with us and checked on our project daily. Shane as our PM allowed us to continue our jobs with minimal interruptions and unexpected time off work. The trades that came into our home were hardworking, respectful of our home, and clean!! He completed our project on-time and on schedule while also going above for us. Shane made sure all the details that were important to us were completed and when our project wrapped- our home and our master was returned to us clean!-an unexpected surprise that allowed us to get back into our master sooner rather than later! We are thrilled with the results!

We used DFW Improved for our kitchen remodeling and the experience could not have been better. Josh was an amazing project manager and was in constant communication with us on every aspect of our project. Josh did not begin the project until all the materials arrived, limiting the time we were out of the kitchen. He also provided us with a calendar so I knew what was been completed every day. Also, Debra and Sarah worked with me to design a beautiful modern kitchen. We love it! We will be using DFW Improved again soon for additional projects.

DFW Improved recently completed several major outdoor home maintenance projects for us. These projects included painting, staining, mortar and even some tile installation. We have used DFW Improved for over 10 years to perform many projects for us both inside and outside. The quality of work is always excellent as they have excellent craftsman that work for them. In addition, the management team is customer focused and keeps us informed on timelines on a continuous basis. For our latest projects, Josh did a great job managing the overall effort, including a final walk-through of all the work that was done. He wanted to be sure we were 100% happy with everything. I recently had the pleasure of working with Shane and Gabi from DFW Improved to build a custom golf simulator room in my home, and I am thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the experience was outstanding, and I am incredibly satisfied with the quality and craftsmanship of the final custom build. First and foremost, Shane and Gabi were an absolute pleasure to work with. They listened to my ideas and vision for the golf simulator room, and their expertise and creativity were evident from the get-go. They took the time to understand my needs and preferences, and their suggestions and recommendations were spot-on. Throughout the entire process, they were responsive, communicative, and professional, making the entire project seamless and stress-free. The attention to detail and the level of craftsmanship that the team displayed were exceptional from demo, drywall, baseboards, paint, electrical to custom framing. The golf simulator room they built exceeded my expectations in every way. The construction was top-notch, with precision in every measurement and cut. The finishes and materials used were of high quality, resulting in a beautiful and functional room that is both aesthetically pleasing and built to last. Construction projects are typically fraught with anxiety (financial, results, house upheaval, etc.) but they made the process seem effortless. Our Project Manager, John, was very professional and always took time to explain everything, giving me peace of mind not to have to worry about every detail. Under John's direction and schedule, the crew did an amazing job and completed the project on time. The end result is amazing, and we would hire DFW again. Every day, John checked on things and handled anything that needed attention before I even had a chance to say anything. Talk about being on top of things! We love John and DFW and look forward to continuing to partner with them.

DFW Improved is a professional organization who does outstanding work. They helped us recover from extensive water damage earlier this year and left our house looking amazing. Our project manager , Jason Storm, treated our project like he was renovating his own home. His team was professional, timely, and meticulous on all aspects of the job. The entire team from design through construction helped educate us on options and made sure we stayed in budget. We look forward to working with Jason and team for future projects!

Terrible Experience! And I mean TERRIBLE. I rarely ever post or give a negative review because everyone deserves a little grace and nothing in life is perfect but I don't want someone to have the same unfortunate experience. The quality of work was a 3 - 3.5/5 and although their pricing warrants nothing less than a 5 on the quality, the real issue is the customer service, pricing and interaction w/ the sales representative and the LACK OF RESPONSE from the Owner. We signed the estimate and agreed contract and immediately at the start of the project, the estimate increased significantly due to "unforseen" charges and issues. Despite the fact they had been to our house many times to estimate the scope of the project. There were many other challenges w/ delays, quality, pricing and despite the multiple emails to the owner outlining our concerns, he never responded...despite his company bio profile that he has extensive experience in conflict resolution, etc. Not mention there are items/services included in the SIGNED contract that they say aren't included in the estimate and that they "verbally" told us they weren't covered. The project remains unfinished (signed the contract in AUGUST 2020 - 8 months later for a 6-8 week at most project) and we had to incur time and extra expense to have the project finished on our own.

DFW Improved remodeled the kitchen and master bathroom, refinished the floors, and painted the entire residence. The result was outstanding. John Grigs, who was the project manager, did an excellent job of overseeing the work and coordinating with me each day as we were still living in the residence. Kristie Uzelac who designed the project using her extensive experience did a great job of listening to my goals and suggesting options that would work well together. Robert Griffith got the whole project rolling by doing an initial review and setting the budget constraints. Next time I need more remodeling done DFW Improved be my choice again.

We had a renovation completed by DFW Improved and have been very pleased with the entire process. From our original meeting with the sales representative, Gary Horton, to the Project Manager, Jason Brown, and the quality of the subcontractors they used, we were very happy. As background, this project involved closing in an existing exterior porch to make a part of the interior of our home. The other important part of this project was that it began in January with contract discussions and then filings with the Grapevine government and historical commission for approvals. While all this was being completed we found ourselves at the early stages of COVID-19 infections which meant we had to consider safety issues involving that. At this point Jason, the project manager was our go-to person and he was fantastic to work with. We received, and experienced, complete understanding & cooperation with safety measures involving COVID-19 from all of the DFW staff and workers. No questions asked, just complete understanding and follow-through. Lastly, the work was completed beautifully. Terrific professionalism and quality work, even when the inevitable happened, unexpected complications involving our existing structure that complicated some structural work completion. Summary, I would highly recommend DFW Improved (5 Stars) on every level of our project. Thank you to the DFW Improved team.

We are so very happy with the master bedroom/bath remodel designed and completed for us by DFW Improved. We have lived in our home since it was built in 1981. Over the years we have had some improvements made, but now it was time for a true make-over of the master suite. We needed more room for clothing, and complete replacement of flooring, shower, vanity, toilet, as well as removal of pop corn ceilings in the bath and bedroom. Beginning with basic design and budgeting by Gary Horton and material and color selections by Kristie Uzelac we were excited to see work begin. Demo was swift and done cleanly by Tony and Cruz who showed great care for the rest of our home. Tony Fuller supervised our project and was present for each step from beginning to final completion. His responsiveness and professionalism was evident throughout the project. We were very impressed and happy with every employee and contractor of DFW Improved. Their work was always professional and of the highest standards. Even Nick, the trash removal person was noticed carefully sweeping up any loose debris as he loaded the the DFW Improved truck. At completion, we are thrilled with the results and are enjoying what feels like an addition and not just a remodel. At last we have have modern, model home quality in the area of our home used every day. At last we have more than enough space for clothing and vanity area personal products. Everything looks great and functions better than our dreams.

From beginning to end, my experience with DFW Improved was excellent due to the professionalism and work ethic of everyone involved in my project. My original contact was Juan, who worked with me to create a plan for my dream kitchen and was available to answer any questions I had prior to signing the contract. Kristi was great, helping me with design decisions when I visited DFW’s showroom. I was especially impressed with my project manager, Jason, who managed to make me feel like I was his only client, even though I knew he was managing multiple other projects simultaneously. He always answered my phone calls and texts promptly, and he kept me up to date with all the scheduling of the various components of our kitchen remodel. We had new kitchen cabinets installed, pantry rebuilt, bar height counter removed, additional cabinet storage added, new granite countertop, new composite sink and faucet, and backsplash installed. In addition, we had the kitchen, dining, living, breakfast, and entry painted. Jason’s extensive experience and knowledge gave me complete confidence that the remodel would be done correctly. I now have a beautiful, functional kitchen, and the job was completed in a timely and organized manner. Need I say more? Working with this company was a great experience.

Strongly recommend DFW Improved; Highly skilled and conscientious teams performed our restoration/remodel as if it was their own home. The engagement team (Case and John) were both personally vested in the outcomes, worked with our insurance company and quickly established trust and demonstrated a commitment to delivery. In an age where the service industry is generally lackluster at best, these guys are the definition of how it should be done. We will use them again in the future.

DFW Improved just completed my kitchen and bath remodel in my condo. I can't say enough great things about my experience. First, a huge shout out to Tony Fuller and Alissa Carbone. They made the whole process so easy and pleasurable. I knew what I wanted when I went into the project and they made it all happen. They completed the projects quickly, met the outlined budget, provided excellent advice, advised me what the whole process would be, provided quality product options and every worker that came in my home was professional, nice and courteous that we were living there during the whole project. I have future work that I still want to do and I will definitely call them again when I and my bank account are ready! If you have projects you need done, call them and get your free estimate, you won't be sorry!

It’s AMAZING what they did for our 1950’s house! This was our first significant remodeling endeavor so needless to say we were stressed about it. Working with Heath O’Bier and our project manager Carlos Bello was easy and they went above and beyond to help the process go as seamlessly as possible. What a fantastic experience from start to finish ! The sales, design and construction teams were wonderful to work with. They took our single inspiration photo and helped us completely renovate our 25 year old master bathroom and enhance the bedroom and closet so that it all flowed nicely. It's definitely our oasis now ! I wanted to especially call out our project manager, Miguel Perez, and our finishing specialist, Guillermo Gonzalez. These two gentlemen were incredibly caring and treated our home and this project as if it was their own home. It wasn't just a renovation to them, it was about building a relationship and always ensuring we spoke openly with them and that any concerns we had were completely addressed. A project completed on time, on budget and with the care that was displayed, deserves repeat business. I look forward to working with DFW Improved on additional projects !

Having just completed a bathroom make-over with Amy and Tony, we were extremely pleased with their professionalism and the timely manner in which the job was completed. We were kept informed at each stage of the project and text messaged well in advance of the phase in which we were scheduled. The demolition dirt and dust were kept to a minimum. I would highly recommend DWF Improved for another project.

DO NOT USE FOR ELECTRICAL! I have not used their services for any other trades, however, their master electrician (Mike White formally Black Diamond) is dishonest and unethical. We did a whole home remodel. Mike quoted a specific scope of work, and later refused to acknowledge that he guaranteed that they would run new circuits where needed in the home. I had to dig out the original quote to show him where it was in print. They did lazy and careless work and Mike was rarely present on the project and never did a thorough review of his journeymens' work. Switch boxes all at different heights, outlet boxes (some only 3' apart over a counter top) at diffferent heights, junction boxes EVERYWHERE when not all necessary, boxes placed outside of manufacturer's specifications (detailed plans and specs sheets for all appliance and fixture were provided in every workspace; AND we reviewed them with Mike and his journeymen prior to commencement of work and throughout the duration of the project.) One of his guys electrocuted himself on a 50amp circuit for our range, because they left the wire hot while it was still loose in the wall. Dangerous for them and dangerous for my family. Mike refused to fix any of their mistakes without a battle. He would lie about what code requires/allows to avoid correcting his mistakes (which I would have to call the city on the spot to call him out on his lie so that DFW Improved would make the correction.) In the end, we had to pay another electrician out of pocket to come in and test ALL of their work and correct some of their work prior to closing up the walls with sheetrock. (I personally fixed the easy stuff like box placement, which sometimes required running a new wire, because DFW Improved placed boxes too high and cut the wires too short.) This was a nightmare to deal with, and I didn't get much help when I would call the management/owners of DFW Improved to hold the electricians accountable.

We had DFW Improved do a total remodel on our master bathroom and we could not be happier. Alissa, Jason, Kristie were a pleasure to deal with and did a great job understanding what we were wanting in our new bath. We love it! We would definitely use them again.

My experience was excellent from design to installation. The design team was creative, knowledgeable, and patient. They helped me shop for appliances, get good prices, and coordinate deliveries. The showroom had plenty of samples to aid visualizing and refining my ideas. DFW Improved overall costs were reasonable and they offered several helpful payment options. I was especially impressed with the installation team. The project supervisor was knowledgeable, helpful, and he kept everything moving smoothly, timely, and in the proper order. The contractors were friendly, skillful, diligent and efficient. They took extreme care not to damage the floors, and unimproved rooms in the house. People worked on the project every day except after I made a design change and we had to order materials. Even then the downtime was kept to a few days. They were respectful to me and listened when I made suggestions. They didn't quit until I was satisfied and they did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I love everything about this company. The project was completed on time and within budget. They did a great job and they earned my trust. My life is better because of their work. I will refer them to anyone who asks me for the name of a good contractor.

Four years ago we put our kitchen update out to three contractors. DFW Improved won the contract as they were the only one who committed to completing it prior to Thanksgiving. The project manager was Miguel Perez. He did an outstanding job keeping the trades on the job. Thanks to Miguel we had our first Thanksging in the new kitchen. We called them for our “rest of the house” update and advised them we would not put it out if we could have Miguel back as project manager. They agreed and off we went. The update included everything from painting to a major reno of the master bath along with two other bathrooms all the while we lived in the house. Miguel introduced us to Guillermo Gonzalez who I consider to be a Master of all trades. He is an amazing artisan along with being a wonderful human being. This project was completed prior to the anticipated date and we are extremely pleased with the outcome. Miguel once again did an amazing job keeping the subs on their toes. By the end of the project my wife and myself considerd Miguel and Guillermo as part of our family and we intend to keep in touch with them. GREAT JOB GUYS

We had a house flood from a toilet that overflowed and damaged a good portion of our downstairs living area. After receiving an insurance estimate and review, and getting quotes from 3 other companies, we contacted DFW Improved. From the very beginning, our contractor, Case Kinkel, did everything he could to make the process easy, well-detailed, and thorough. He came earlier than originally scheduled when he learned that we’d already lived in a hotel with our 4 kids for a month waiting for answers from the insurance company and other estimates. When the estimate from DFW Improved came in, the attention to detail, thoroughness and professionalism was heads and shoulders above the rest. Case picked up on details that others (even the insurance adjuster) has missed including that our walls were 10ft, and not 8ft. I’m confident that if we’d gone with another company, those details would have been missed, and we’d have ended up fighting for insurance dollars after the fact, or paying out of pocket. Shane Cox was the assigned project manager to our home. Everything was done well, on a timely basis, and he communicated timelines and expectations well. Even if a detail was missed, he made sure to make it right, even if he had to do it himself. It’s traumatizing to go through something like a house flood, but we felt like the team at DFW Improved had our best interests at heart every step of the way. We couldnt be more pleased that we hired DFW Improved to handle the restoration of our home. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again, or give our full recommendation.

The entire DFW Improved team is very professional. The project was very well executed. Upfront we were given an estimated project length of 10 weeks. The project was completed in ten weeks. The project manager stayed very close to what needed to happen. The contractors, from carpenters, electricians, plumbers, and painters all were very courteous and left the job site clean each night. This was a project that included a new kitchen and appliances. The DFW team worked with us to keep our old refrigerator working (several locations) until the new refrigerator was installed.

The office staff at DFW Improved have been professional, polite and helpful with my questions, work scheduling and any additional requests to the planned home exterior update. Jamie and his crew did a fantastic job on the exterior of my home, wiring and installing the exterior lighting fixtures and making recommendations for supplies that would benefit my home's exterior. DFW improved demolished and rebuilt my balcony. They were very professional, pleasant and easy to work with. The final product exceeded my expectations, and it is a very sound, safe and aesthetically pleasing balcony now. Ben Stewardson went above the call of duty several times to ensure that everything was done right the first time.

This company clearly has the worst customer service you could ever imagine. I reached out to DFW Improved because my husband and I are looking to have work done on a wall in our house. I explained in great detail what we wanted and then I set up an appointment to have one of their workers come out to measure the walls for a quote. Gabi Sperry came out and did the initial measurements and then she had a Project Manager go back to my house to get more specific measurements before sending me the contract. Well, Gabi emailed me a long contract and provided all of the specifics of what the final cost was for. The final cost was $4,195 on the contract for us to sign. On 01/17/18, I emailed Gabi and told her it was a tad over our budget and she replied that same day stating verbatim, "I understand. Just double checked my costs, and unfortunately we would be over your budget. I appreciate the opportunity and wish you all the best. Gabi Sperry". Ok, she DOUBLE CHECKED her costs and she left it at that. Even though her response was dry and a bit rude, I spoke with my husband and we decided that as long as we got to see the material before signing the contract, we would move forward with her contract of $4,195. I emailed her this morning (1/20/18) which is just 3 days later, and I told her that we want to move forward. She waited about two hours and then called me stating that she checked her numbers and they were wrong. That the real cost is $4,895. Wow, what a bogus company! In summary, Gabi sent a contract for one price, emailed me that she double checked her numbers and they were right. When I told her 3 days later that we want to move forward, she calls me and tells me she checked her numbers again and they were wrong. So, it took her 3 times to get the numbers right?! She tried to squeeze another $700 out of me, but little does she know, I'm not easy to get over on. I'm going to spread the word that DFW Improved is not the company to go to because they can't be trusted. The service is absolutely terrible and unacceptable! If it really did take her three times to get the right cost, she either is in the wrong field or as a company of goodwill, they should have eaten that price. I honestly don't trust a word she said. All she tried to do was counter for more money and I accepted the price in her contract. How pitiful!

We had experienced a flood that affected our kitchen and part of our family room. We hired DFW Improved to handle the restoration for us, and we were instantly impressed with their professionalism. Our consultant and insurance specialist, Juan Benitez, thoroughly detailed the work that needed to be done (both scope and cost), communicated very cooperatively with our insurance company, and transferred the project to a great project manager who interacted very well with us from start to finish. Our project manager, Miguel Perez, answered all of our questions promptly and was very good about notifying us as to when different aspects of the work would be done. All of the work crews were courteous and hard-working and skilled, and we could not be more pleased with the finished project, which was on-time and within budget. We will use them for future work and will recommend them to neighbors and friends.

Overpriced, bid "allowances" were not even close to realistic and the project manager we had was terrible. He didn't come behind the craftsmen to make sure the work was acceptable, or they cleaned up after themselves. If he did, he doesn't know the definition of acceptable or clean. I had to point out bad painting, poor craftsmanship, installed broken tiles, a bad sliding door, chunks of missing wall, loosely installed can lighting, etc. I don't know what my project manager was suppose to do, because I don't feel like he did anything but argue with me. they don't write anything down leading everything to become an argument. The miscommunications are awful, and always end with them saying something like, "didn't you say it was no big deal that your door doesn't open correctly?" Because anyone with half a brain would pay $40k for a remodeling project and be ok with it not being exactly what was promised. Complete joke. Use someone else.

Final work quality was excellent. Timeliness and initial quality (of many items) was poor. A quoted 4-week cosmetic remodel (+$45k) took nearly 4 months to complete. No change orders after 3 weeks, so no excuses there. I never caught the project manager Jason Austin on site despite my daily visits. Most weeks, workers only showed up 2-3 days. Several things had to be redone due to to quality or scope deficiencies. DFWImproved took responsibility for all issues and fixed them properly, although this added lots of time. The in-house designer was great at first but became less responsive as time wore on. Communication was terrible and many items were done differently than we specified. DFWImproved was expensive but to their credit they lived up to their reputation of insisting on my satisfaction in work quality. If they had completed the project within even with twice as long as the original estimate, they would have received 5 stars.

Our home was damaged by a water heater that ruptured in the attic causing considerable damage to main living area. We replaced them with a tankless water heater installed by the DFW Improved plumbing team. DFW Improved repaired and replaced the damaged ceilings, walls and hard-wood floors. All of the professional associated with DFW Improved delivered high quality on-time work. We are extremely satisfied with DFW Improved and recommend them for any project.

DFW Improved executed a 3 phase remodel of our homes main floor which included a master bed/bath, kitchen, and family room/wine cellar renovation. The results are quite stunning. The workmanship is great, and the project management exceded our expectations.

Has DFW Improved replace exterior rotting wood around the windows facing the patio and paint the new areas. They replace the rotting wood with "Hardy" board and new window frames and trim. Came back in two days and painted the new wood and it matched the existing paint trim. They also re-attached two shutters in the from of the home that had worked loose from the house. They did an outstanding job and we are very happy

I would love to give 5 stars but their sales process and lack of communication prevents me from doing so. I say sales process/lack of communication because I feel they could have been more transparent when it came time to select the granite/marble. We chose the "gold" level granite/marble based on the conversation with our sales rep. When we went to Arizona Tile we were told by the DFW Improved Designer that very few pieces were in the gold level and we should upgrade to Platinum (or maybe it was premier). She kept saying "that piece is not in your price range", which is a rude thing to say. We ended up selecting a beautiful piece of marble. After it was installed our project manager said we are going to hate marble because of the constant up keep. It would have been nice to have been educated on the pros/cons of granite/marble beforehand because would have helped us in our decision. We love the piece we selected but have already noticed we have to be very cautious. Now that was our negative experience. DFW Improved does quality work and the crew doing the job were very kind and always cleaned up after they left each day. After they joined the two pieces of marble together the machine they used left several indentions in the marble. They came back out to the house several times to fix it and they did not ask for the final payment until we were satisfied - I commend them for this. As the rating specifies great job - recommended.

DFW Improved just completed a kitchen remodel in our home. The level of customer service and the quality of the completed project exceeded our expectations. Our project manager kept in constant touch with us and worked hard to keep the project on schedule. The house was neat and tidy when we returned home from work each day, and the renovation is beautiful. I would definitely hire DFW Improved for future projects.

Superior GC with the highest of integrity. Does what they say they are going to do. They admit when mistakes with subs happen and they address the mistakes accordingly and fairly. I had to VE my original scope, cutting out a master bath renovation. When it's time to revisit that renovation, I will not need to bid it out...DFW will be my only call.

We had a very good experience with this company. Our project team was very professional and the project manager kept us updated on the schedule and on our progress throughout the project. We felt that everyone who came into our home was respectful to us and was dedicated to creating as little disruption in our daily lives, as possible. Any concerns we had during the project were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction and the final product is a very seamless renovation. Our project was extensive: kitchen, master bathroom, utility room, bar, fireplace and guest bath. As a result of the ease of this project, we will use DFW Improved again in the fall to renovate another bathroom.

I suffered flood damage to two section of my home and fortunately contacted DFW Improved to do my rebuilds. The Project manager (Toney Fuller) just did an outstanding job keeping us informed of progress, decisions that needed to be made and available for the multitude of question my wife and I had. The quality of the work was outstanding and my greatest recommendation for this company is that when I have additional work needed, they will be doing the work for me and I certainly hope I am fortunate enough to get Tony as my project manager.

I contracted DFW Improved to do a small kitchen remodel. I have 10 ft ceilings in my Kitchen and I wanted my cabinets to go all the way up to the ceiling. I did not want to replace all my upper cabinets so asked if they could just add another set of smaller boxes on top of my original cabinets. I also wanted to have the old backsplash, plain white subway tiles, replaced with herringbone carrara marble. They assured me that was possible and that the outcome would be aesthetically pleasing. They were right. I love the results. I also asked them to place wooden shelves in the pantry which had wire shelves. The pantry also came out better than my expectations. The 3rd part of the project was the very small laundry room. I wanted a granite countertop over the top of the front loading washer and dryer, those results as well were excellent. The project took a little longer than I anticipated but since I was not at home that was not a problems. Just like any project this one was not without hiccups. The project manager Ryan Walley was great about fixing the issues. He was always very respectful and never got testy or irritated with me or my daughter's micromanaging. All of the workers were supper and I would hire any of them again with the exception of the tile guy. I thought their work was not at the same level as the carpenter, painters,or fabricated. I let Ryan know about my dissatisfaction with the tile and he made sure that the tile people fixed all the imperfections I pointed out. I would hire this company again without reservation if I needed any additional renovations.

Designed and remodeled deck. Designed and built large modern pavilion, outfitted with outdoor kitchen. Included putting in large stone patio and kitchen island. Redesigned back of home to incorporate new outdoor living space and ensure better flow between home and yard. Wow! DFW provided many services over the course of several months. Because of their professionalism, quality of work, and responsiveness - we hired them for several large projects including putting in a new underground drainage system to better manage erosion issues on our creek lot home, redesigning the deck, putting in new cable railing to both the upper and lower decks, building new modern and architecturally beautiful fencing, designing and building a carport to complement the style of our home, replacing what was once a swimming pool with an outdoor pavilion and outdoor living space/kitchen. The work required all aspects of building: drainage, plumbing, construction, roofing, stonework, woodwork, and architectural design. Our sales representative had an excellent commitment to quality and customer service. Our two contract managers were professional and ensured that we were satisfied with the outcome. Although it was a large - ongoing project - they worked with us diligently on getting the best price for the quality of work provided. We are thrilled with the end result.

I had been trying to find contractors in Dallas for a bathroom remodel. I knew my job would require the flooring to be jackhammered for the plumbing work. I had contacted several contractors who either didn’t return my calls, said my job was too small, too big or never sent me an estimate. DFW Improved was recommended to me. I made an appointment for a consultation. They were on time, understood my needs and sent me an estimate. The estimate was higher than my budget but I knew I wanted a company that was insured, licensed, and had a crew to handle the job. They were to start the job in October with my wish of finishing before Thanksgiving Day. I was assigned Chad Edwards as my Project Manager. Chad sent me a work schedule with a time frame for the job. He checked in with me daily and would be at the job every day to check on things. He was easy to contact if I had any questions. The crew was polite, cleaned up their mess and even worked one weekend to finish a portion of the work. I have remodeled several homes over the past 16 years and this job had a few small problems like every job but nothing to complain about. The job was finished the day before Thanksgiving. I would highly recommend them. Thanksgiving guest were impressed with the remodeled bathroom.

***UPDATE***: DFWI and I sat down to review and discuss the concerns originally outlined. With the help and direction of their warranty manager, our concerns were addressed and we could not be more pleased with end the result and customer service by both the senior management and warranty manager. -------------- Was highly impressed with the sales and designer who helped planned our remodel. Unfortunately the process of having to keep a schedule for the lead contractor that outline daily tasks/needs/next steps was frustrating but needed given he nor his team did it. Therefore if we didn't do it then we nor they would know what needed to be done. We had our kitchen, foyer floors, fireplace and master bathroom renovated. The overall work was very sloppy. The kitchen cabinets was the worse work completed. Our request was to keep our cabinets and have them painted. Instead of spray-painting as written in our quote it was hand brushed. We were told this was a better way only to learn after the fact it was the "cheap" way. The process shows every mistake and worse, the contractors took short cuts by not removing the doors but painted in between sides. This caused paint to get inside the cabinets that were not taped off and there are over 100 areas throughout the kitchen where you can see the original color (yes, I've counted). When asked about this the solve was to re-paint the same short cut way to only have the same problem. And on top of it, the workers got paint everywhere due to not covering up countertops, appliances and our hardwood floors. Which by the way, we had to clean up. A year later I still see all the mistakes including paint that I missed cleaning upon. It's unfortunate that we will have to spend money to eventually get the entire paint job re-done. The sloppy work didn't even last a year. The part that still sticks with me is that it was obvious to both me and the contractor that the work was sloppy. My bad for not making them re-do everything as it was outlined in my contract. We've had 4 neighbors and family members overs to see the work for referrals. And in all cases, I did not and will not recommend DFW. Our improvements are satisfactory at best and the experience was very frustrating. What we experienced is not something we would want our family/friends to go through. I personally think to prevent many of the things we went through and ended up with, DFW should have one of their senior staff or separate managers not part of a project review the final work with the assigned manager to confirm the work that is to be presented has the DFW stamp of approval.

We literally couldn't be more thrilled with DFW Improved. We had several projects around the house, including repairing the ceiling where there had been a water leak, installing the fan mechanism in a vent hood to finish a kitchen remodel, repairing various cracks in walls and trim around the house, diagnosing and repairing electrical issues on our back patio including installing new ceiling fans, and re-staining our front door. So, we had drywall, electrical, painters and carpenters all on our property at one point or another. Every single thing from the scheduling (each tradesman was ALWAYS on time) to the final inspection went flawlessly. Randy, the project manager, is worth his weight in gold. He was there every step of the way making sure everything was done exactly right, making sure we were comfortable with how things were being handled and that we always knew what to expect. There were three different types of wall texture that these guys had to match, and EVERY single one was absolute perfection. I never imagined a patch job could look so flawless. Getting our front door re-stained was the best decision we ever made, it looks incredible!! DFW Improved was not the cheapest company, but we are so thrilled that we spent that little extra to make sure it was all done right the first time! I never imagined having maintenance work done on the house could in any way be a pleasant experience. We would never consider calling anyone else. Thank you, DFW Improved!!!

DFW Improved just finished my kitchen remodel. We took the kitchen down to the studs. DFW Improved did our custom cabinets, granite, marble, back splash, and all our electrical & plumbing. We finished right on schedule even though we endured an ice and snow storm during 2 weeks of the 6 week remodel! The project ran smoothly from start to finish thanks to their team of project managers, designers, and vendors. I would highly recommend DFW Improved for any home project you need.

We hired DFW Improved to complete a major remodel of our 1950’s Dallas home that included a new master bath and kitchen, as well as the addition of a half-bath and re-texturing/painting of the entire house. Despite a 20% premium to other bids, we selected DFW improved based on their good rankings and a personal recommendation. This was not our first major remodel and we wanted things to be done right and with as few headaches as possible. What we found, is that DFW Improved is just an average contractor with all the usual headaches and are absolutely not worth the price. Just a few of the problems we ecountered with DFW Improved: 1. Lack of understanding of the permitting process: The project manager assigned had never pulled a permit with the city of Dallas. This lack of experience was evident throughout the process from forgetting that permits were necessary in advance of work starting to not knowing that plans had to be approved by an engineer. He was continually caught off guard by the requirements of the city throughout the project. 2. Lack of attention to detail: As an example, the cabinets were installed in the kitchen prior to tile and backer board. This resulted in the cabinets being too short for a standard size dishwasher. To fix this, an extra piece of wood had to be attached to the top of all the lower cabinets. The appliance installers we hired seperately caught this mistake but unfortunately the cabinets had already been painted. While this mistake was ultimately fixed, it added an extra and unnecessary seam in all the cabinets, along with very evident touch-up paint, that can be clearly seen. This should have been easily avoided and is evident of the lack of oversight and quality control that we saw throughout the process. 3. Poor sub-contractor work: We expected that given the size of DFW Improved operation’s they would have relationships with quality sub-contractors that would show up and do a good job. That was not the case, as the electrician they initially hired did not show-up repeatedly over a three week period and the work he did manage to do was poor quality that did not pass inspection. We lost three weeks of valuable time, while no other progress was being made, before they ultimately fired the electrician and hired another one. 4. Failure to abide by the contract: The contract we signed with DFW Improved stated that they would provide us with a construction timeline at the pre-construction meeting. Despite asking for this repeatedly, it was not delivered until two months into the project. We were told initially that the project would probably take two months - it took four. The contract also required DFW Improved to clean up the work site daily, but we found the house trashed on many occasions. The contractor told us cabinet hardware would not be installed although the contract specifically included it. After rechecking their contract, they installed the hardware. Regarding our overall experience, given the size of DFW Improved we expected to avoid some of the issues of dealing with a one-man-band contractor. What we found was that management was completely ineffective. About half-way through our project (two months in) we reached out to management to express our frustration with our project manager and how the project was being run. After that meeting, management refused to take any action. During the rest of the project, which took another two months, management never once followed up to see if things improved (which they had not). My advice: don’t waste your money on this contractor.

These folks are easy to work with, their contractors work with you to get the best of the best job ever. I cannot say enough about how well these folks did on every aspect from architecture, through interior design, through permitting and construction, through completion of the job. What a fantastic refreshing experience it is to work with a group of real HUMAN professionals to execute the job. DFW Improved worked through every issue and problem with the highest amount of integrity. I cannot say enough about the contractors from plumbing, framing, electrical, A/C and heat, and finally, the PAINTERS! They go the extra, extra mile to make sure it is done to your satisfaction. This was a major constuction of a two-story detached garage that is finished beyond my expectations. Working with the project manager Ben Stewardson was just a truly awesome experience. DO NOT HESITATE to use these folks, I have done several constuction jobs including my own home, and these folks run rings around ANY competition. I highly recommend them from small jobs to home construction. What a pleasant experience. I will be happy to show anyone the fine construction! Keith

DFW Improved was great to work with from their first meeting. Case Kinkel took our vision and improved on it. Ben was our project manager and did an outstanding gob, I'd ask to have him oversee everything again. Our kitchen was taken to the bones and built back up. We moved all appliances, replaced a small island with a large one. Our vision was to have a functional real working kitchen. DFW Improved delivered on all aspects.

After dealing with numerous contractors over the years, our experience with DFW Improved was the best we've ever had. Their professionalism, ideas and quality of their work far exceeded our expectations. Unlike other contractors, their team was pleasant to work with from the Sales Rep (Jason), Project Manager (Chad) and the the rest of the crew. Aaron and his team built our beautiful cedar arbor and covered structure. It took longer than planned but expected due to the nature of the business. We highly recommend DFW Improved for any indoor and outdoor projects. Will definitely use them again and again!

This company was hired to paint the exterior of our house, replace two big vents in the front, and replace a door around our patio. The paint job was OK. We had to have them come back and clean up some areas that were not covered well. Also the clean up after the job was not excellent. Paint spray was left on portions of the roof, ground around the house. The vents they replaced were sizably smaller. Instead of replacing them with the proper size they used cement to adjust the size. We are really hoping that we will not have trouble with that in the future. They also did NOT seal the vents that were raw wood before placing paint and so required layers of paint to completely seal the wood. We had to ask them to come back two times to make it right. They didn't even see that there was an issue with them. We did have a hard time communicating back and forth, not entirely their fault since we were teaching swimming during part of the time they were trying to get the work done as well as vacations. We won't have them do any work for us again.

This company did an outstanding job with our kitchen remodel. My husband and I work for a major insurance company and work with contractors all the time. DFW Improved is one of the best!!! We are very pleased with the work that was done and the service we received throughout the process. We could not have asked for more. I cannot say enough about how GREAT DFW Improved was during our repairs. During the past winter, one of our pipes froze and ruptured, and water had flooded the house and walls. Our living room walls/drywall etc had to be teared down and replaced, the pipe had to be repaired, the bathroom walls in the master bathroom had to be replaced, as well as the bathroom cabinets. This was no small project, as our living room ceiling are 20 feet high, i.e. our living room walls are 20 feet high. Throughout, the whole process, Juan from DFW Improved kept me involved throughout the whole process from dealing with the tear down, coordinating with our insurance agent, picking the right cabinets, and designing the new fireplace in the living room. Once the work was complete, we were more than satisfied with the finished product. They did great work!

I have used DFW improved for three separate projects on my house. The first was a simple door replacement that turned into a bigger job because of rot. They took care of everything, from the replacement of the door frame to the painting of the trim. We were very happy. This resulted in a second job - painting the exterior of our house and staining our backyard fence. Again, they were on time, did a great job and when they were done, you couldn't tell they were there - the job site was completely clean! After the hail storms in the spring, we discovered our roof would need replacement, rather than go with someone knocking on my front door (which happened several times a day) we called DFW Improved. They came out surveyed the damage and then told us how they would make the repairs. I also had a problem with venting and our attic was much hotter than the outside temperature. Doug made recommendations to resolve this problem and showed us the shingle product they would use (CertainTeed 30 Year shingle), and told us they only install roofs by hand nailing. This was the only way to insure the manufacturers warranty stayed intact. They even guaranty the roofs they install not to leak for 5 years or they come repair it, no questions asked. I'm sure this resulted in a higher labor cost, but they managed to get everything within the insurance estimate. And by the way, our attic is the same temperature as the outside temp! The second floor actually cools down now. These guys were great to work with - very professional, do what they say, and when they are done, the site is clean. I tied to find a roofing nail in the grass - couldn't do it.

We interviewed many contractors for our kitchen renovation due to a hot water tank flood. As we had to replace a contemporary European kitchen, it was extremely difficult to find a willing contractor in the DFW area. DFW Improved not only promised us a European kitchen in the allotted insurance budget, they exceeded our expectations. Scott Pace our project manager was hands on, responsive, cool under pressure and unexpected setbacks. Worksite was clean, important to us as we continued to live in the home. We are very pleased with the results and will use DFW for other future projects. We have experienced bad contractors in the past and were apprehensive, but DFW was a pleasure to deal with!

Beware of DFW. Our 3 week estimated walk in attic conversation went into months. What was worse was the quality of the work. From framing to electrical, lots of problems. We have a wall that is not straight and many extra $$ expenses to fix problems they left.

DFW Improved turned our outdated, non-functional kitchen/living room space into our dream space. They captured the ideas we had and made them reality. The project manager, Chad, was fantastic about communicating regularly and keeping us up to date. As with all major construction jobs, there was an unexpected delay in the project due to a subcontractor being 3 weeks behind. But, otherwise, the final product was amazing, and they completed on budget. We lived in the house during this 3 month renovation, and although very challenging, the results were worth it. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

DFW came into the kitchen remodel project because we researched several other vendors. The sales reps were personable and in the end never promised more than could be completed. In fact they were very helpful in helping us make selections. The work was completed in 4 weeks which seemed quick after stories we had heard of other friends remodels. Of all the contractors that DFW used, we really loved the cabinet maker. The work was superb. He even added touches to the cabinets that made each floor piece look more like an individual piece of furniture. He also made the pantry work and now it feels twice as large. Overall, DFW had a great group of people to work with and a project manager who was on top of things the whole time. The only thing that was not at 100% was the beginning of the project with communication. Since we were home every day, all day, we had preferred more contact so we could plan errands around the work. After the first week that communication greatly improved. We are thrilled with this kitchen and would definitely hire DFW again. We are already looking to remodel our master bath.

We hired DFW Improved to paint our house, replace siding and wood trim in several areas, and repair a wood shed. We first met with one of their sales reps, Juan, who was very professional and helped identify all exterior areas that needed repair. The price they quoated seemed fair and now that the work is complete, we feel it was a great value. They scheduled the work to begin within a reasonable timeframe and once work began, the project manager (Tony) and the crews that were involved in the woodwork and painting were professional and thorough. We are very pleased with DFW Improved the work their crews completed on the exterior of our home. We will be contacting them again for our next project.

I had a water pipe leak behind a wall in my walk-in closet and had to have the wall tore out and replaced. The guy from DFW came in and did it in no time. Even matched the texture and paint color on the wall. Highly recommended them.

DFW improved did some exterior wood repairs on one of our listings and the job was completed in a timely fashion to my client's satisfaction. The provide a detailed estimate ans as always they were very respectful and responsive.

DFW Improved has done two painting jobs for us in the past two months, each of them to our total satisfaction. They handle all the heavy furniture and appliances and put them back. They leave the house clean and perfectly painted - AND without using painter's tape (steadiest hands I've ever seen!). They are professional, friendly, prompt, and reasonably priced. I will continue to test their many skills in the future, including more painting. Fantasic company!!

In the past year, DFW Improved has made over our house in 3 phases. We have a beautiful new kitchen, guest bath, plus new flooring throughout. They also painted both the entire interior and exterior of the house. Phase 2 was a patio remodel that included a new roof, granite top storage cabinet, and cedar arbor. DFW Improved also completely gutted and remodeled the master bath, plus painted and carpeted the master bedroom. All the worked added up to over $100K. Throughout the process, one of the owners, Gary St. John, was engaged, along with his project managers, Corey Roeser, and Jason Storm. Although there were some minor issues (to be expected with this much construction), Gary and his team took ownership, and addressed those issues. We feel we received an excellent value for the cost, and could not be more pleased with the results. DFW Improved is a great partner. Their project managers and sub-contractors are some of the best, and DFW Improved stands behind their work.

The professionalism at DFW Improved is unmatched. This was the 5th house my wife and I have built and the entire process was flawless. I just had them complete a pool and it is amazing. To us, there is no other company!

Our job supervisor was always available, addressed any concerns that arose quickly and closely monitored all sub contractors. From office staff to sub-contractors, everyone worked to insure we would be happy with the end product and made every effort to reduce the strain of remodeling, and they completed the project on time.

I just finished remodeling half of my new home - living room, dining room, kitchen and family room. This included hardwood floors in all rooms, total renovation of the kitchen, fabricating new island, replaced old granite with new granite, electrical and lighting, painting everything, and totally redoing most of the hall bathroom. I had five companies bid on the project.. DFW Improved was not the cheapest nor the most expensive, but I chose them. They were superb at everything. When I made small modifications along the way, they didn't charge me a fortune. If they made any mistakes, they were quick to fix it even at great expense. In a few months I will be renovating my master bedroom suite. DFW Improved will once again be one of my bidders.
