Darren, you promised me the installation of my blinds before Christmas. Well that hasn't happened! You treated me rudely, you didn't respond to emails or calls, you failed to turn up to install my blinds at the time you set, you refused to install the blinds, reneging on your promise at the time of booking. AND YOU HAVE MY MONEY FOR THE JOB!
