"This letter is to share with you our experience with Drew Walling. After our home burned down on Christmas morning of 2009, we met with many builders to decide who would build our new home. We went and visited many homes that were built by the people who asked to be considered and we listened to many "pitches" on why we should choose a certain person. We chose Drew because of the quality of his work and the integrity of his character. Drew seemed to really care for us as a family and was sensitive to the situation. He was there to help dig through piles of ashes on the day when the house was torn down to help us find some of our "treasures" as well as being there to help us decide on trim colors and carpet. We are very happy with our new home and we would recommend Drew Walling for anyone who wants a quality Home!

Drew and Tiffany built our home in 2013. We still love it today and get many compliments about how new it still looks. We had a great experience building with them. They were honest, great communicators, and delivered a great product.

We hired Drew Walling Custom homes to build. We couldn't be happier with how our house turn out. The quality of work and attention to detail is fantastic. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an honest builder.

We had Drew build our house complete with a second house for my elderly parents. About 5000 sq ft total size. Normally any builder could have done this project. This project was different, he was building the wife's dream house. On top of that he and Tiffany delt with my parents who were in the early stages of Alzheimers. They were fantastic through the entire process. The houses turned out great, any issues after the build that came up. Drew went above and beyond to make sure they were taken care of. Drew, and Tiffany build an awesome house, if we ever have to build again Drew Walling Custom Homes will be my first call.

When we first contemplated building a home for the first time, we were a little apprehensive. We had heard the horror stories from friends who had built their own homes. We had heard the advice about, "make sure you have a strong marriage, because building a home will be one of the most stressful times in your marriage." I am happy to say that this was not our experience with Drew Walling Custom Homes. From the day we first met Drew, we had a great feeling about him and the process of building our dream home. His calm, confident, "I've-got-it-under-control" demeanor, combined with his flexibility and willingness to guide us through the process, made our home-building experience one of the most satisfying and rewarding experiences we could ever imagine. Drew provided solid advice and counsel throughout the project and his knowledge of every aspect of the construction process kept us well-informed and confident we had made a great choice in choosing him as our builder. He handled our changes and adjustments along the way with ease, and did an outstanding job of managing his contractors to ensure the project stayed on schedule. We broke ground in June 2010 and moved into our dream home in late October 2010, about a month ahead of schedule. After moving in, Drew was available to us for any issues or concerns. His commitment and responsiveness was the same after our home was complete as it was during the building process. Seven years later, we still love our home and are grateful to Drew for making the building process such a great experience.

Drew is both highly professional and very enjoyable to work with on any number of projects. He transformed our outdated, dingy master bathroom to a space that is light, clean, functional and beautiful. What was a bathroom with a shower, no tub, high walls and dark cabinetry is now a space with floor to ceiling glass, tub , shower room and a gorgeous vanity for my wife and I. The remarkable thing with this project was that we agreed on the plans and concept and then left for Colorado for two months. Drew selected all the fixtures, fittings, floor, tiles, finishes etc., etc. and we approved over "facetime"! Terrific initiative, great taste, excellent sub-contractors and great quality work.

We became familiar with Drew Walling a year prior to beginning our home, by observing the construction of our friend’s home that he was building. We visited their home weekly throughout construction and were impressed with the craftsmanship. We knew we’d get a fantastic home from Drew because of that experience. What we didn’t fully understand was the level of service we would receive (because we’d only met Drew in passing at our friend’s house, and we never introduced ourselves as potential clients). Drew has always made himself easily available to us, and has a strong commitment to getting things right. We enthusiastically recommend Drew Walling to build your home. Drew built our custom home for us on time and within budget. He and Tiffany were extremely professional and pleasant to work with through the entire process. They did an incredible job staying on top of the sub contractors as needed. This was our fourth home to build so we knew going in that we would not be easy customers. Drew, Karen and I want to pass along to you our appreciation and amazement at the renovation work you did for us. We are so pleased at the work, the quality of the work, the timeframes to complete and the overall effort you, and your team, took in making this rather extensive renovation go very smoothly. As we started this renovation process, we certainly got hung up in the cycle of “what we designed, what it costs, and what we could afford. Although that might have been an overwhelming cycle, you stepped up and offered many ideas and workarounds that not only fit into our budget but exceeded our expectations. I think what amazed us the most was your ability to walk through house and offer changes that kept us excited about all the work and the potential that the house had. Since the completion, I can’t tell you how many people have come by the house and comment on the changes to the outside, and ask if we wanted to sell it. Of course we do not, but it’s nice to know that people recognize the quality and value of the renovation we went through. Also I have been told by local real estate agents that not only are we a landmark on the lake, but that they have been asked to find details about the renovation.
