Thomson Cabinets completed our total kitchen renovation with spectacular results. Ted listened to our concerns, mine about functionality and my husbands about budget, and he provided creative solutions we did not get with other designers. His staff was punctual and provided qualiy work. We would definitely return to Ted if we were going through this process again.

I had the opportunity to work with Ted on 2 separate occasions. And both times, he and his crew exceeded our expectations. The first time was for a major kitchen remodel in 2007. We expanded our small ordinary kitchen into a large gourmet kitchen. Major construction was required and Ted and his crew never missed a beat. The experience was positive from our first sit-down to the final install. The second time was 2016 post Hurricane Matthew. Our home was affected. We contacted Ted and immediately he evaluated the situation and started the restoration process. His professional and emphatic manner was so appreciated. So many of our things were destroyed but Ted really came through and literally saved the day. Not only did he restore our beautiful kitchen, he also designed and created a customized computer armoire.

Detailed expertise in every step of the process along with the outstanding installation. Outstanding communication of delivery and installation dates and cooperation on scheduling. We had Thomson Select Cabinets replace our Kitchen and three bath room Cabinets and fixtures. They provided helpful suggestions but did not try to over sell. The remodeled our master batch and designed a new shower that fits our needs as we grow older. Removal and installation went very well and we have had many compliments on our new kitchen and bath room design.

Ted is an excellent designer with very practical suggestions. He made what can be an a overwhelming experience very crisp clear and straightforward. Our kitchen looks great everything happened as Ted said it would. Very solid cabinets and easy to install DIY. I would recommend TSC and his product to my mother in law.

Thomson Cabinets did a total refit on our kitchen in the early summer of 2015 and we are very happy with the result. No horror stories, no major or even minor set backs, and the whole job completed in a very timely manner and to our complete satisfaction.

So many decisions to make when renovating. How refreshing to have a professional walk you through the options and have the patience to accommodate changes caused by changes by the lead architect and engineer. Ted was a life saver in a very hectic remodel as he was the designer of the original galley style kitchen, he was uniquely qualified to redesign the a kitchen for our new open floor plan. He saved us thousands of dollars as he was able to integrate and update the existing cabinetry with the new island for a classic yet contemporary farmhouse look that we absolutely love. This kitchen is the heart of this home and everyone who enters is awestruck. The people who are most surprised are those who knew the previous owner. We're thrilled everything in this kitchen is as functional as it is fabulous.

I started working with Thomson Select through my contractor when I was redoing my kitchen. When you start talking to an expert you realize you had no idea how many options could be available. Ted would highlight the pros and cons of the options available so I could make an informed decision. Once my kitchen was done, I decided to go back to Thomson for my laundry room and I called them directly. They installed new cabinets and replaced the hinges on my existing cabinets. I am very happy with the work they did.

Ted provided great service from start to finish. He designed a master bedroom closet for me, I absolutely love it. He helped me pick which items would give me the best value for my money. I will definitely use Thomson Select Cabinets in the future. From the design to the installation it was a pleasure working with them.

Mr. Thomson helped us do a full renovation of our kitchen and two baths at our oceanfront condo at Amelia Island. His design work fulfilled all of our needs while providing the clean and modern look that we wanted. He was extremely helpful in the selection of the cabinetry and hardware and the installation work was great. He and his crew were also very responsive when we had one issue concerning door closure. My wife and I did a major renovation to our house. We met with many designers and contractors and selected Ted Thomson. He is a member of the NKBA and NFBA. We moved walls, added lighting, changed the flooring and had a totally new kitchen and bathroom installed. From conception to completion Ted was the best. Without boring you with details of our finished home, we can only say Ted made what is normally a stressful experience go smooth. He clearly showed us our ideas (and his), using computer software. Drawing on his experience and knowledge he made us aware of problems we never would have thought about. His original estimate was very accurate and any change orders were clearly explained, agreed upon and documented. There were no bad surprises. If you can dream it, he can design it and build it. His entire staff is excellent. His installers are excellent and any sub-contractors he used were excellent and licensed. We wanted our renovation done right and we are so glad we used Ted. Every day the job-site was spotless. Waste materials were quickly removed from our property. The quality of craftsmanship is jaw-dropping. Ted and his staff answered or returned all of our calls. Upon completion he made sure we did not have any issues or complaints. We honestly feel blessed to say that we do not have one negative thing to say. Ted is a meticulous perfectionist and anyone lucky enough to have his company work on their home should know the experience will be a great one. A few years have passed and everything looks and works like new. There is not one thing we would change. That is a testament to Ted’s experience and natural talent.
